Sad news from my perspective. It looks like the tight constricted look is here to stay for at least one more film:
EXCELLENT news! I certainly do NOT want Bond to look like he stepped out from the 90s!

The supertight fit is an ill-fitting look and Craig for the most part looks ridiculous.

    OH YES!

There will always be many differing opinions On this website, but does anyone actually prefer the tighter suit look

I'd do anything to see this look being retained for Bond. He looks too damn good here.

Poor Craig! He is drowning in that suit.

I don't know if I would say I prefer it. But tbh I don't even notice it, really. It's much ado about nothing.

Better than suffocating and running out oxygen in the godawful Tom Ford suits.

Your ideas of elegant clothing have obviously been formed by Spiderman's suit.

Just for the record, his suits in QoS looked downright sharp.

That, it did. But, that was a long time ago. I don't see any Tom Ford suit nowadays that are sharp as they all were was back in 2008. They're awfully tight and something teenagers would wear at their high school prom nights.

Well said. Even the biggest fans of Bond's suits in CR and biggest haters of tight suit have to admit that the tighter QOS suits looked much better than the CR suits.

If they go back to the QoS type of suits, I'll be satisfied.

I loved the look of Craig's suits in CR. While I myself wouldn't wear the tighter fitting suits, I think he pulls them off great in QOS and to a lesser extent in SF. But I love the colors they pick for his suits. The grays harken back to the early Connery suits.

So while everybody is discussing suits and whatnot, instead of me going back pages and pages, can somebody point out to me the link or tweet or whatever that says pre production starts in May? Or just info?

Aside from the printed patterned ties, Brosnan' suits from the'90's, to me, look far more timeless than Craig's post QoS suits.

I loved Brosnan's overall wardrobe in TWINE and DAD a lot. They look timeless to me, really. The only adjustment I'd make with them is changing the jackets from a three button measurement to two buttons.

His tall and slender figure is certainly much better served by the Brioni Cut than the tight Ford suits.

You know as much as we do, unless there's some insider who would care to share more. I'd be surprised if a first draft still wasn't completed yet.

It's safe to say the script is an infinitely better shape than Spectre's script was at this point (two years before the release date).

Regardless of whether or not Blofeld or Swann return, I really am looking forward to how they end this one and if/when they start marketing it as Craig's last.

I recall P&W saying their original SPECTRE ending had Bond leaving Swann and walking alone towards the MI6 staff on the bridge. I think something similar would be absolutely fitting for his last scene as the character. They've done a great job utilizing the endings of Craig's films to say something about the character

In the 1st script they said their goodbyes right after Bond meets with 'M' and 'Q' in a military building in London after Morroco. They changed all that in the final script.

Why didn't they stick to the first script maybe it felt to awkward

The earliest script I've read had Madeleine maneuvering over Blofeld with an ambulance truck or something. Bond succeeds in killing him and departs with Madeleine.
