James Bond Grand Theft Auto Online Fan Film SOS

hi, me and my mates have been working on a fan film for a while now but we've only got a small plot and a first scene and, to be honest we need help writing a script, so here goes the plot,

Vyaslave Rabrenovich (the main villain) has escaped the los santos prison in blane county. he then tries to assassinate bond with a Henchman. bond at this point is at Felix Lighters grave side, mourning the loss of his friend, who was killed three years previously, M, turns up after locating bond to tell him that Rabrenovich had escaped, at this time there is an attempt on both bond and M, by a sniper, but in the confusion one of Ms body guards are killed by the henchman. the henchman then tries to escape, then there is a car chase leading to an airfield, where the henchman gets in a sea plane (this is important as it's the only plane that the characters can hang on to the sides) the plane then starts to take off as bond jumps on the henchman then tieys to take Ms life by crashing it into the cars, bond then pulls the villain out and takes control of the plane.

that is as far as we've got and we would highly appreciate if some one or a group could help us make a plot and then perhaps a script, as we don't want to have a line of special effects and no plot.
also this film is not titled.
