He was an angry man to be sure....talking quietly but with menace...I like his dialogue with Dr Kaufmann,it always makes me laugh out loud.
Unfortunately, Stamper fell victim to the same shoddy screenwriting as TWINE. His torture devices, introduced and interesting, but why? Similar to Renard not feeling pain and "getting stronger every day until the day he dies"--that too would have been interesting to see.
Very cool find!
What a great spot! Can we get a screencap of that? How could you tell?
IMDB helped me out on that one; there's no way in hell I would've ever caught that on my own and put two and two together. I was scanning through the DAF cast and he looked familiar, so I looked into his filmography and sure enough, it's him.
Here's the only screengrab I could find of him, albeit rather fuzzy:

As I said, he's crouched, working in the top left corner as soon as it's noted there's a phone call for Dr. Metz.
Others may have noticed earlier, but it took me five viewings!
SPECTRE: The "Pevsner" Hotel.
Two nods to associate producer Tom Pevsner.
Dalton delivers the line with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. It's a wonder he doesn't look at the camera and exclaim "D'YA GEDDIT!!!!"
Indeed. Like someone else mentioned a while back, we'll be finding bits of trivia and connections like this for years, I'm sure.
There's a photo somewhere of Dalton reading The Old Man And The Sea in between takes.
Found it:

Good catch! I'll have to keep an eye out for that.
