The 5 ones I'd want on a desert island:

    001) TB
    002) TLD
    003) MR
    004) OHMSS
    005) CR

That way, I'd have one each from my 5 favorite Bond actors and each representing a different time period in the series' history.

@00Beast, and that's why you're amazing: your chosen number one.

I'll have to come over one day and put GE on repeat.

@Creasy47: Yes indeed!!! GoldenEye is the best, number 1, cream-of-the-crop! I don't think it's possible to get enough of it.

@00Beast, absolutely! Still working on my Bondathon, just finished OP. Three more to fly through and I'm at GE; very excited. Might have to watch it twice, because it deserves that much attention.

I will cheer like a little girl when it's released on blu-ray next year.

    @Creasy47: Hahaha! Yeah, whenever I get a Blu-ray player, that's priority number 1!

@00Beast, good thinking! I haven't bought many of the classics on blu-ray yet, but I do own FRWL, and it looks amazing. Need to pick up DN, GF, and FYEO very soon.

I don't know if you game much, but I would recommend a PS3 over a blu-ray player. I bought a Sony blu-ray player for Christmas one year, and it just takes too long to get to the menus, it feels. I don't know, maybe it's just because I haven't used it in so long because I switched over to my PS3, but the latter seems a lot more convenient.

@Creasy47: Yeah, I game a good bit! I haven't got a PS3 yet, but it should be on my list sometime. Can you play PS2 games on it? If so, I might have to trade up!

@00Beast: With the older PS3 models, you can, I believe. The newer models only allow you if (so a friend told me) you download some sort of update off of the PlayStation Network. The older models (they must weigh at least 400 pounds and are in the shape of one giant, big, massive brick) should play PS2 games.

@Klaus, what would you choose if you had to pick a Top Five?

Goes a little something like this:

    OHMSS
    DAF
    GF
    **********

I get stumped after this point....but probably

    TLD
    YOLT

    1) Goldfinger
    2) Casino Royale
    3) Goldeneye
    4) From Russia With Love
    5) A tie between Thunderball, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and The Spy Who Loved Me

Also, I've never been a fan of Tomorrow Never Dies. It's one of my least favorites, but I constantly see that it's in a lot of people's favorites. Can someone who likes it tell me why?

@shutch7, I would, but I honestly haven't seen it in about two years. I do recall it being very entertaining and action-packed.

@shutch7: I am a huge fan of Tomorrow Never Dies! It's got so much epic action crammed into the 1 hour 59 minute runtime that it never gets boring. Also, it's got an engaging story and some great characters like Elliot Carver, Stamper, Wai Lin, and a fantastic performance by Pierce Brosnan.

@00Beast, I enjoyed Wai Lin, too. She could handle her own. Stamper's best moment: getting stabbed and just grunting at Bond, like it was nothing. Just like the fight between The Punisher and The Russian in 'The Punisher' with Thomas Jane. Just shrugs off a knife wound.

@Creasy47: Yeah, Stamper is a one-man wrecking ball! It's easy to see the inspiration behind Renard, eh?

@00Beast, you're right. I just wish we got a better finale between Renard and Bond. I wanted Bond to put his all into the fight: the man can't feel pain, but he needed to give him all that he had. His death was a bit anti-climactic.
@Creasy47: Yeah, most definately. When I watched TWINE a few days ago, I was so depressed by the ending fight. It was much too short and had literally no punch to it whatsoever. Brosnan was really weak in that fight, which is a shame, because that fight had the potential to rank up there with Bond vs. Red Grant. Too bad it was thrown away.

I couldn't agree more, @00Beast. I think that's what I didn't appreciate about the TND finale, either, because the whole film is set up around Carver being the main villain - some old, bitter, news fanatic - and Bond barely lifts a finger to take him down. That's why I hope they really deliver with the Bond 23 finale. I want a unique, interesting locale, a good showdown, and a death dealt to a main villain by James Bond himself - something Craig has yet to experience.

@00Beast, I understand Stamper and Wai Lin, but I am not a fan of Carver and Terri Hatcher as Paris Carver. He and Dominic Greene in QoS are just too wimpy to be a realistic threat to James in my eyes. Also I didn't like the "let's take over the world via headlines and a big drill" premise of Carver. However, I do agree with you that Stamper was a good "badie". I wish he were in a different movie. Also when I think about it, it does have a lot of action when you add up the opening sequence, the motorcycle vs. helicopter chase, and the end scene, but I guess I just can't get over my dislike for Elliot and Paris Carver.
