As for Sam's voice, I think Ironside gives perfect commentary on the sordid part of his job and the degradation of the world Fisher fights in. He really sounds like a true cynic who doesn't hide his honest opinions of his work behind patriotism. The voice is an instant trademark and so recognizable.
As for James McCaffrey (voice of Max Payne), I recently heard him in a steak commercial! When I heard it I was thinking "Is Max trying to persuade me to get to a steakhouse? AWESOME!" :))
What steakhouse? I need to go there, right now. I don't know about angels, but it's fear - and a damn fine steak - that gives men wings.
I don't know. I will have to pay more attention when I spot it next.
From what I've seen of it so I'm not surprised. Ezio and Fisher might be going grey but Snake looked about a hundred in that game.
Most of that is to do with the lines he's given. It's typical Clancy alot of it (surprising since he doesn't actually have anything to do with the games). I don't think his voice is that great at all. Lots of the time I think it sounds gruff, generic and monotone.
Imo his voice isn't as recognisable as Duke Nukem, Rico from Just Cause, Ezio off Assassins Creed, Nico in GTA, etc.
I've heard the new guys voice in the trailers, etc, and I don't mind it at all. Ironside not being in it isn't going to put me off buying the game, especially since it looks awesome so far.

Also, Larry Hyrb, director of programming for Microsoft, has put a countdown on his blog, pointing to E3 2013. Is it the new Xbox?

Bet you it'll be the best game of the year. GTA eat your heart out.

And here's the Achievements.

I'm interested in playing RE5 as i've just recently bought the 1:6 scale Hot Toys Jill Valentine figure, the 'Battle suit' version. Which means that I will have to buy the Ada Wong figure when it's released Q2 this year.
If you're playing it on the PS3, buy the Gold Edition. All of the DLC, right on the disc and no need to get it off the PSN. Now, if you're playing it on the 360, the Gold Edition absolutely has to be purchased brand new, preferably from a store (like Walmart), because it comes with a voucher to get the DLC for free (I don't know why it wasn't on the disc like the PS3 version).
After RE4, I had really lost interest in the series. I enjoyed 4, and didn't mind that it had taken a different direction because the game was quite separate from the story set up by the previous games. 5 came out and it just angered me. It was no different from 4, gameplay-wise, and the fact that it was the conclusion to the Chris-Jill-Wesker story, with so much stolen from 4, was simply annoying. I played it not long after it came out in 2009, didn't finish it, bought the Gold Edition last year at around this time, still didn't finish it. I finally finished it just a few days ago, after finally getting over my anger at the game.
Hilariously, I beat RE6 before I beat 5.
Good to hear, i'll have to see if Game have any copies in stock, when i'm next passing.
hopefully a teaser trailer is soon to follow some of the titles are quite good some are generic
Two of those titles will be the title of the prequel and next present day set Batman game.

probably I like Batman Arkham Knight for some reason.
I've decided the console I'm getting when everything moves to the new era- Steambox. It's made by the guys who made Half Life and Left 4 Dead so I can trust them to give me a quality product.

Bit worried about the cost though.

It'll be released on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and WiiU.

8-| Ffs. At least I still have Grand Theft Auto and Aliens to look forward too.

If they're going to make us wait that long could they at least release some gameplay or something?
@thelivingroyale, that's not going to happen, either. They may splice a few gameplay bits into a video, but no full gameplay video.
My interest has dwindled.
Also tried out Crysis 3's beta multiplayer. Hate to say it but I think they've pushed current consoles too hard. The graphics look like they're being rendered in a lower resolution and upscaled, and even then there's a lot of frame dropping and slight vaseline smear look to the whole thing. Time for PS4.
One impressive thing did appear today. First proper in game footage of Killzone Mercenary on Vita:
Colour me impressed. I shall be stealing my son's Vita again, come September!
Isn't this just a streaming box, like OnLive? I might have misread previous articles on it but that's how it sounded.
And with good reason. They said Spring 2013 and then they announce the proper release date and it's coming out in September. It's not about being impatient, it's about them lying.
It uses the Steam service but I don't think you need a computer to use it. It's still a console I think.
