PS4 owner here, and proud to be one as well. I've loved it and have had no problems.

As for games, Ghosts was one of the worst games I've ever played. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it and got a couple hours of playtime out of it. One of the perks of working retail I suppose. I don't expect anything different or better from Adv. Warfare unless they do something to really shake the foundation of the CoD structure and breathe some life into a franchise that has been effectively dead since 2010.

While I'm on this mini-rant - I don't even mind CoD and its way of gameplay. I don't like any game since Black Ops, but everyone has different opinions. What I DO hate, however, is that CoD's success has "pressured" other developers into modeling their games after CoD and "Call of Duty-ing" their respective games. It ruined Gears of War (Judgment is an atrocious game in one of my favorite series) and it ruined Halo 4 (AWFUL online multiplayer due to numerous Call of Duty aspects)

Lastly, the only game I'm REALLY looking forward to is Destiny. I expect it to be a game changer and I cannot wait.

@ThighsOfXenia, sadly, what you and I (and just about every wants) from the CoD universe - a complete overhaul - won't happen. This will be the same thing: generic maps with one million paths to take, cheap gadgets, weapons that kill in one hit, weapons that you can hip fire accurately up to 200 feet, dumb killstreaks, and the same generic engine that we've grown tired of. It won't be any different. I'll pick up AW used like I've been doing with CoD lately to beat it on Veteran, I'll try out the multiplayer, and then I'll trade it in.

It's funny, when I did the same thing with 'Ghosts,' I played the MP for a few hours and found it surprisingly good. I'm a kill/death kind of person, but I still play the objective, and found myself getting a great K/D while still winning, so it was fun to me. But, I realized that since the maps are so big, I'm basically camping in one corner behind one rock near one objective the entire game just to do well, and it wasn't fun whatsoever.

'Battlefield: Hardline' has been announced, being developed as a police-type FPS under a different developer. New developer or not, BF4 is still screwed up many months after release, so you can be damn sure I'll be waiting for this one until the bugs are fixed. Can't believe they're already announcing a new BF game, anyway.

Nice find! Are those character traits heavily unique or are they generally given at random to miscellaneous strangers?

Well, if you were going to rush to PS4 for certain next-gen exclusives, there's no harm in waiting until 2015, because 'Batman: Arkham Knight' has been delayed until 2015. Yet another game that gets announced and heavily delayed. This is growing tiresome. I wasn't planning on getting it, but my PS4 is literally worthless. All I play is BF4, and all it does is make me mad. Now I'm waiting for 'Destiny' to be delayed, too.

That's great news for me. More time for the price of the console to go down and more time for these great games to be developed.

I have no problem with games being pushed back, because it definitely gives them more time to be polished and fine-tuned, but it seems like every AAA title that is announced these days has an inevitable delay incoming. I wish dates or release times weren't rumored or announced until the developer was damn sure they could deliver by that date.

Agreed, if you hadn't made the jump until next-gen yet, you have no need to for another year.

Murdered Soul Suspect has been released in the US, and is released in the UK on Friday. Reviews have been mixed, IGN gave it a score of 5.5/10. They also gave Lollipop Chainsaw 5.1 & Remember Me 5.9, so I still plan on buying it on Friday.

Here's a few reviews that have come in:

    http://uk.ign.com/articles/2014/06/03/murdered-soul-suspect-review (5.5/10)

    http://venturebeat.com/2014/06/02/murdered-soul-suspect-transcends-a-silly-premise-to-deliver-law-order-with-ghosts-review/view-all/ (89/100)

    http://www.polygon.com/2014/6/3/5765892/murdered-soul-suspect-review (7/10)

    http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-06-03-murdered-soul-suspect-review (6/10)

    http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/video-games/editorials/reviews/11543-Murdered-Soul-Suspect-Review-Go-Into-The-Light-Already (2.5/5)

The RRP is £34.99, and using the GAME price checker, I can get £9 trade in for Rambo: The Video Game.

Just like we've talked about before, Major, I don't listen to reviews because sometimes the 'poorest' rated games are the ones that are the most entertaining. 'Lollipop Chainsaw' got terrible reviews, but I watched gameplay of it and it looked damn fun. There's another game on current-gen consoles I never got around to playing, but it got terrible reviews, it was single-player only, it was real short, and you play a girl (it's a third-person game with horrible graphics) who fights off monsters. The gameplay looked so fun. It wasn't 'Bayonetta,' I can't think of what it was called.

Lollipop Chainsaw was good shlocky harmless (not to it's undead villains) fun, with a few horror references thrown in, such as The Fulci Fun Centre. I unashamedly love LC, a little bat shit crazy in a game never hurt anyone.

I've not hard of Bullet Witch.

    EDIT
It was only released on the X Box 360, that's why I hadn't heard of it.

That's what it looked like, pure fun, same with 'Bullet Witch.' I heard it only takes a few hours to get through the latter game, but the same thing was said for 'Jericho,' and getting it for less than $5 was an absolute steal. I had so much fun with that game. Clive Barker helped craft something excellent with that.

E3 2014 will be starting tomorrow, but there's already some news being released. I'll try and post what I find throughout the week.

Anyone else excited for Nintendo's reveals tomorrow? Excited to see what we get in the way of Zelda, and rumours abound of Starfox on 3DS. Not fussed in the slightest about MS and Sony, all about Nintendo for me.

I am. I'm a big Nintendo nerd even though I've been somewhat disappointed with Wii U. I'm hoping this year will bring out an explosion of new and exciting games.

I'm sure I would be if I had a Nintendo of some sort. Honestly, I'm not excited for E3 at all. Anything I'm interested in that has already been announced has been pushed back to next year, and anything new that's announced won't come out until 2015-2016 or so, so I don't have the kind of excitement I used to have.

The only thing I am looking forward to is seeing is the 'Fallout 4' rumors are true or not, that's it. I'm also interested in hearing what Rockstar's next project is that should (supposedly) be out by March 2015, but they very rarely ever attend E3, so we won't hear anything on that this week.

I just want one of the two stories

Square Enix Given Licence to Game.

The publishers behind Hitman will be putting out a new console game in 2015 to tie into the release of Bond 24.

    Ubisoft Given Licence to Game.

The publishers behind Splinter Cell will be putting out a new console game in 2015 to tie into the release of Bond 24.

Okay, you reminded me, @Risico007: if we hear more on the upcoming 'Hitman' game, I'll be happy. So if there's gameplay/information and details for that and/or a 'Fallout 4' announcement, I'll be excited. Of course, a new Bond game being announced wouldn't hurt...

EDIT: 'Rise of the Tomb Raider' announced for consoles in 2015. No details revealed, but apparently it involves proper tomb raiding:

It's just a generic, uncreative title. There must be a filler list that film and game studios pull words from and throw them into their subtitles and whatnot. Very uninspired.

Plus, wasn't the 'rise' of the Tomb Raider displayed in the first reboot game? I didn't play the whole thing, just one cave area that my friend was stuck on, but that's how it would seem to me.

EDIT: 'The Master Chief Collection' coming to Xbox One, containing all four 'Halo' games, a beta to 'Halo 5: Guardians,' and all multiplayer maps:
