i almost went with his fight/kill of Patrice in SF - such a beautifully shot sequence leading up to a well choreographed fight..
but, Dryden's execution is more Dan's signature Bond moment (imo) - as it was his second kill to officially give him his '00' status.

Girl - All of them except Tiffany Case were great, but Pussy Galore probably tops it
Kill - Hmm. Tough. It's either "You've had your six", "Shocking, Positively Shocking!" or "I think he got the point!"

Villain - Well, it had to be Telly Savalas' Blofeld
Girl - Diana Rigg, obviously. The seven Bond girls in the cabin all combined wouldn't compare to Rigg, honestly.
Kill - Knocking the skier off the mountain.
Roger Moore
Villain - Scaramanga (a shame he was in such a low-rent movie), Kristatos (works surprisingly well, especially with that red herring) or Max Zorin
Girl - Triple XXX, Holly Goodhead, or Octopussy. Melina Havelock isn't far behind, but Stacey Sutton was by far the worst.
Kill - Had to be the car kick. In my opinion the best kill in the entire franchise.
Timothy Dalton
Villain - Franz Sanchez by far. Intimidating, ruthless, the best Bond villain of the entire decade by far. The ones in the Living Daylights aren't intimidating at all and get hardly any screen time.
Girl - I actually thought Pam Bouvier was better than Lupe. Kara too, but Pam edges out Kara.
Kill - "Don't you want to know why". Such a good kill, especially with the lighter which you pretty much forget about in the movie and you only remember it when he pulls it out at the end. A masterstroke. A genuine Felix lighter. The Waterloo one, by comparison, was terrible.
Pierce Brosnan
Villain - Elektra King and Alec Trevelyan tied for first. Both extremely good villains who got on Bond's personal side.
Girl - Elektra King, if she counts. If not, I'm fine with either Natalya Simonova or Wai-Lin. Jinx sucked the most by far.
Kill - Either "For England, James", "No, for me", or "I never miss". Both extremely good kills that disposed of Brosnan's greatest villains. Shooting Elektra King wins slightly because it was less predictable.
Daniel Craig
Villain - I know everybody loved Silva, but I think LeChiffre was probably a bit better. Mathieu Amalric's Dominic Greene doesn't compare to either.
Girl - Vesper Lynd, pretty easily.
Kill - Dryden. Quick, clean, efficient.
Girl - Pussy Galore
Kill - Dent
