  That's the collection's name. The author is Vittorio Locchi (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vittorio_Locchi) who died very young...

  Vittorio Locchi... I wonder if he's somehow related to Pino Locchi, who voiced Bond in the first 15 movies in Italy. That'd be a funny coincidence.
