Based on their best deliveries...
1. Connery (DN)
*The GF one was good too.
2. Brosnan (GE)
*Good pitch. Just not as macho as Sean.
3. Craig (CR)
*Ice cold delivery. A little somber though.
4. Moore (LALD)
*Much better than all his other ones.
5. Dalton (TLD)
*Put down the phone man.
6. Lazenby (OHMSS)
*Botched it, entirely.
I apologize for not checking if my video had Craig's intro in Casino Royale but thanks for adding it yourself
How do i add the video instead of just a link ?
Anyway great observations in each of their deliveries.
Pierce's voice got better with time and so his delivery, he started pretty good with goldeneye but got pure perfection in Die another day.
My problem witn Roger and George is that their delivery sounds too high pitch it lacks elegance when they said it.
Dalton was a bitt rushed but good tone of voice.
Craig (CR)
Brosnan (TND)
Moore (LALD)
Dalton (TLD)
Lazenby (OHMSS)
TLD too, Dalton is just the most natural and cool as well.
Top three are Connery, Dalton and Craig.

Not discouraging the starting of new topics, but one such as this has more than likely been discussed before. Quick Google search gave me these two existing discussions to choose from.
