I can attest to that, as it was because of playing GE64 that it made me want to seek out Bond films. I was 13 years old then.
I appreciate this is a pretty big tangent, but I amazed Bond hasnt turned up in Fortnite yet. Its the biggest game in the world played by a demographic the series needs to start attracting again.
NTTD wouldve offered a perfect opportunity, have Safin’s Island lair, the Cuba area as levels etc.
My biggest pet peeve with Nolan is that he puts too much complex exposition in dialogue/monologue, which can get a bit heavy for the average viewer. He always follows through whatever he sets up with payoffs in plot relevance, character arcs and twists, but I can imagine the tedium for casual viewers who get lost along the way. Tenet was especially heavy in that regard. If he were to work it in more flawlessly, and add some dry wit/absurdities he deserves a shot.
Dialogue, monologue, bees and bats
The Safdie Brothers are quite gifted, though it’s hard to imagine their style translating to Bond with all of its glamour and gloss. I’d imagine their direction would be translate to something along the lines of a better conceived QoS.
With the acclaim that Top Gun: Maverick is getting and the scale of the practical stunt/effect work, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Joseph Kosinski under consideration by the producers. Probably wouldn’t be my first choice but it’d certainly be visually striking.
Between Kenneth Branagh mumbling with a comical Russian accent, the strange sound mixing, and the fact that the film requires one to keep up with endless amounts of information it's... well, an interesting viewing experience.
To be honest, I'm still not sure what actually happens in Tenet. I certainly have no idea what's actually going on during the climax. As far as I'm aware they can jump around and pick stuff up without touching them like Jedis... I'm not sure if I personally needed more than this, nor do I feel the film warranted more.

I think Fortnite skews younger than what Bond should. On saying that, there was a Yakuza event in Fornite, and Yakuza is a very grown up series of games. I would not have thought that the two fan bases would ever meet Venn Diagram style.
There have been a lot of crossovers with Fortnite you wouldn't necessary expect - John Wick, Robocop, IT, Predator, so Bond wouldnt be too out of place. Also I think the majority of Fortnite players are 16-24, ideal age bracket. But the opportunity is gone now, unless they wanted to do some legacy content.
Nolan will be available by then.
Nolan is one who talked about reinventing Bond, so that could be a point.
he never uses supercars in his movies, or gadgets so weird, so bond will drive a regular car and the gadget will be bond knowledge or something like that.even tenet used cars u can buy in used sites, so i can imagine bond in a real car chasing someone in a suv...
I'm not sure if it's the right fit though... I dunno, Tenet felt like the work of a famous Director at a particular stage in their career. It's a film about ideas, visuals, not character. Only a Director with a great degree of success and unlimited resources could make something like that... Also he's not the most technically proficient Director in certain aspects of his creative vision. The sound design in a few of his recent films are a mess, and personally often take me out of the film. It's not a technical issue but a creative one. I get that it's tempting to go for an established name such as him, but it feels a bit too obvious to come up with something fresh and really engaging.
I think you missed a few of his Batman movies.... with Lamborghinis and gadgets.
Combined with a screenwriter who brings back some humour and charm into the series, I think this could turn out pretty interesting.

I think he was considered for NTTD at one point. I'm all for him personally. I'm not too keen on Nolan doing a Bond film, and Villeneuve's style, to me anyway, is just a tad too cerebral and... well, boring. (except Prisoners, love that movie).
Yes... and I found it boring, haha.
But honestly, that's just my personal reaction to most of his films. He's very talented, but his films juts aren't for me. Like I said the only one that really resonated with me was Prisoners.
