The old guy in that video couldn't care less about WWII or the Holocaust, because he thinks Hitler was a good man for inventing the Volkswagen.

It is not a lie to point out that the Syrian and Russian military are mainly targetin rebels and not ISIS or terrorists.

    Same thing.

No, it is not. There are rebels opposing the Assad regime, and there are terrorists wanting to exploit the situation and expand their territory.

And Breivik, was he a terrorist or a moderate rebel?

Max Manus, was he a terrorist? Che Guevara?

This is a waste of time. Its usual to separate rebels from terrorists when dealing with Syria. Being against Assad does not make you a jihadist. The point is that Russian troops are just as much there to help Assad as to fight ISIS. Pointing that out is not "lying".

    Now move on...

Trump destroyed Hillary in the debate!!
What a great win. I love how she brought his leaked tape up and then he quickly shut her up by saying what a rapist her husband was. Obvious if they were a normal couple they wouldn't be together. She only stayed with him because he was "The President".

33K emails about yoga classes okay.
Trump might not be the best candidate in America but is miles better than crooked Hillary. The FBI director said she was careless with national security. I cannot vote for someone to represent our nation who is careless with national security.

Trump got way more cheers from the audience. Obamacare? I had to drop that $1K a month no thanks..

Actually to my total surprise the media here also declared Trump the winner of the debate.
Personally I think it doesn't matter anyway. There was never a chance that Trump would win the election.
I'm still certain history will be made in November when the Reps will lose state after state after state. The voting map will look drastically different.

In four years the Reps will make a comeback (hopefully) with a reformed party and reasonable people at the top. If they have any sense left they will crush the Tea Party that has held them hostage for the last 8 years.

Yes, that just settles it, doesn´t it :))

What it illustrated to most people is that Trump´s supporters, not surprisingly, lack manners, not respecting the moderators request for silence...
  • Sorry to have reality intrude on your fantasy world, @CASINO, but Hillary didn't bring up the subject of Trump's Galore Grabbing tape. The debate MODERATORS brought it up. Trump only beat his own dramatically-lowered expectations. He didn't entirely self-destruct in Debate #2 as had been the case in #1, so to the Trump spinmeisters it's being hailed as a victory. And BTW, odds makers are now giving Hillary about an 85/15% advantage in their estimates of how the election is playing out. The Republican mainstream is divided only in whether they want to edge cautiously away from him, or sprint away briskly. The Trump campaign is a train-wreck barreling down the track to oblivion. Enjoy the ride!

Oh, and re: Obamacare: just a few weeks ago a friend of mine confided to me that he would literally -- LITERALLY-- be dead right now without it. Sorry the idea of insuring the uninsured doesn't suit you but I'm siding with Hillary's idea of fixing Obamacare rather than abandoning it. I think my friend would understand and appreciate my position, sorry that you evidently don't.

He's not even the best candidate in his zip code let alone America.

I'll leave it to SNL and Alec Baldwin to sum up my take on your statement.

No, but due to one of the provisions of Obamacare you should be able to piggyback on your parents' existing care, given how young are. OC may not be perfect, but it's better to fix it than to start all over again from scratch.

You might look into moving out of a regressive state. Maybe somewhere colder (for now- until global warming makes us all wear tees & shorts 24/7).

Probably not. Hillary at least noted that Donald lives in an alternate dimension, Trump's fans seem to have moved into the Bizarro World right along with him.

  • Pretty much, yeah. Luckily, Trump's going down in flames and only the handful that would vote for him after the theoretical murder on Fifth Avenue (Donnie's theory, not mine) are still sticking by him. It would be nice to see a relatively sane Republican candidate 4 years from now. Here's hoping...

If the Republicans want the oval office back, they need to offer up to the American people candidates that don't lend themselves so easily to such parody and embarrassment. Gingrich, Perry, Santorum, Palin, Cruz and on and on. The past few years have been a circus.

Another manufactured scandal. The Repubs are good at these. Having a holy hissy fit over things they have regularly done themselves, relying on Americans' short memory--Valerie Plame is a perfect example. Forget the fact that there is no EVIDENCE that "carelessness" led to security leaks. But why let facts get in the get way. Repubs have difficulty with facts because they start with the conclusion and work backwards. This is how we ended up in Iraq in the first place.

You also do know, I'm sure, that the Bush administration was warned continuously about plans to attack the U.S., months prior to 9/11. It is a part of public record. It is a fact. Over 3,000 Americans dead due to inaction.

And I am sure you also know that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were waged on false pretenses and bogus information. And many Middle East experts warned of destabilization in the region. But what the hell. W wanted to be a cowboy, and so we invaded a nation that had not provoked us in the slightest. Thousands dead. Trillions spent. And the creation of ISIS. All of that at the foot of Repub stupidity.

WMDs were in Iraq, but the natives had access to ancient magicians who could blanket the weapons from being spotted on our radar, and in some cases, transported the weapons to other locations around the globe through portals to avoid them being located by us when we touched down there.

    Don't be stupid, guys. God.

Add Bachman to this list. And Gohmert. And Giuliani. And King. As well as Jindal and Brownback.

When they say stupid things (like "rape doesn't causes pregnancy because trauma leads to miscarriage"), do they really expect the MSM not to call them on it? I guess they don't, because this is what leads to their calls of "liberal media bias."
