What do you mean? I don't understand. Where did you see it? Do you have pictures?
Driver is obviously a fan of the original series. On the biggest panel behind the
Cab, he has the four portraits each one a meter or two high, which look like
Pencil sketches.

I am truly shocked and saddened to learn of this a few days ago. My laptop has been playing up, so have been unable to get on? Heard that they are investigating what happened but that is the last i heard?

For the people that are disappointed that "Star Trek 2017" only has 13 episodes and not 20-26, one has to realize that in the current Netflix-era TV-series on average have only 10 to 14 episodes. This also goes for relatively new Sci-Fi TV Series like "The Expanse", "The Man In The High Castle" and "Wayward Pines".
New online platforms like Netflix, Amazon Originals and CBS All Access are the future.
Next Generation with new effects.
Deep Space 9 (Dam not in HD... come on Paramount pull finger out)
Enterprise
Voyager
Original Series with new effects.
The world is truly a great place...
Are you also going to watch the new "Star Trek" TV series?
And a more generic question: The new Trek-series will be broadcasted in the USA on CBS All Access. But what about other countries in the world? Will CBS be selling the series to more ordinary media formats, 'normal' commercial and public channels outside the USA?
In the meanwhile some more news about the use of progressive themes in the new Trek-series, like LGBT:

And, the first drawings of what could be the new capatin??
I think CBS will sell the TV Series abroad to more common TV channels, instead of Netflix or Amazon. Because there are no real plans to launch CBS all Access abroad within the next 6 months. Unless CBS sells the new Trek series to Netflix (UK) as well.

do prefer it to Star Wars. ;) I seem to be one of the few who love the rebooted
ST, and can't wait to see " Beyond" .
Although I'm not a fan of ranking movies etc. Even with Bond. I have my top
5 but after that ...... they're pretty much all the same. :)
As a well know activist for gay rights, he's not happy about Sulu as a gay character.
In my opinion it shouldn't matter these days, it's not the 1950s.
Gay character, which might help other people in less enlightened parts
Of the world.
The original series, also pushed boundaries with the first television
Interracial kiss etc, so it could infact be in the spirit of Roddenberry.
