    I agree with both of you! OP is almost done, and I think we could get GE or CR out too before QOS has to bite the dust. It's really too bad, QOS is my #1, but some people really seem to hate it, despite its gritty, quick paced excellence...

    So, both FYEO and LTK are winning by a significant margin. I honestly think the overall quality of both chases is being undermined by people's love for either film. Not that it's a bad thing, but their are other chases that are worth the extra points.

    Neither film is in my top 10, but those chases deserve top spots here IMO. And it is possible to love a movie and the chases in it or to love a movie largely for the chases in it.

    Regards people voting for a chase because of their fondness for the film. I think that works both ways, and because so many dislike QOS, its brilliant chase is getting a hard time. I'm trying to judge the chase on how well its constructed,inventive and shot, but
    above all, how exciting it is! QOS ticks all the boxes! I do think people are being sentimental over TSWLM, like the pre-credits sequence, its over-rated, and GE really doesn't hold up to repeat viewing, its just a tank smashing through different obstacles, (Oh look heres a truck full of cans of beer, oh look heres a statue...yawn!)

    I agree. I've felt from the beginning that many people here are voting for their favorite movie and not their objectively favorite chase. This is a shame because it over values things like FYEO, OP, and undervalues the chases in TND, and QOS.

    My hope is that we can get CR eliminated before QOS finely goes so it can take the 7th spot. It deserves much better but people can't help themselves I guess. Also, if you enjoyed the CR chase, for all its few seconds, then the QOS chase it the same chase brought out to several minutes, in daylight, and with guns. Such a great chase, and it deserves to be #1, but I'll settle for #7 if we can get CR gone first...

    It is strange that CR is still there. Magnificent Bond movie, but that chase was not a highlight, the roll was cool, but we're talking best chase, so it really should have gone long ago. I think it just slipped under the radar, and people were not voting against it!
    I reckon QOS wont last much longer, but am happy it at least got in the top ten. Out of 30, and with much bias, that's pretty good! OHMSS and LTK would be my next favourites out of whats left! GE and TSWLM my targets to eliminate!

    I for one have lots of respect for the TSWLM chase. It is pretty dynamic, has a fantastic setting and cinematography, lots of different vehicles chasing Bond and ends in an outrageously fantastic twist of events. It is always a highlight of the film that I look forward a lot.

    I still can't figure out how CR managed this long; there's nothing wrong with the scene itself, but lasting this long in a 'Car Chase' category?
