It worked ?
Yogurt with a bagel worked as a solid breakfast. I ate mostly "Lean Cuisine" and "Healthy Choice" entrees and got Pierce GoldenEye thin. I had cut out all fast food, and most red meat (as well as the white bread).
My drama professor mentioned that I couldn't afford to lose too much weight, and I was getting frail looking. I gradually eased up on the foods and let myself indulge once in awhile.
Several years ago I was being fitted for a tux dinner suit for a job. I mentioned I was a big Bond fan and loved the idea of wearing a tux. The tailor told me that once I hit my forties I'd gain some weight, fill out a bit and have a better build for a dinner suit like Bond. I wonder if he was thinking of Connery's physique in DAF?
Anyway, I must say it made me feel better.
007 retires with Stacey living a domesticated life outside San Francisco. He keeps busy by repairing Stacey's phone set up, changing the kitty litter, taking out the trash, and making quiche. He earned quite a pension from MI6 and can travel the world whenever he wants, and owns a small residence in Jamaica.
When the safety of the free world is once again under threat, however no doubt he'll make himself available to answer M's call.
Only got to the part that takes place in McTarry's castle and I'm in some serious need of weed. Oh, well better get drunk enough to sit this one through.
Trippy as hell. Nice music though.
Translation; Finland mentioned, meet you at the town square.
Funny thing is, that my native country is only mentioned in Bond spoof and even then some agent got stabbed in a sauna.
No, that's mine.
You tell her, Peter Sellers.
The movie does pick up after Sellers enters the picture...
And be unapologetic!
(edit: with Dalton, Moore playing spoiler on some nights)
Bond, Kerim and Tatiana have boarded the train.
So far this is a GREAT viewing. Without doubt this one remains in my top 5.
Charming........charming......
Now he escalates ............and is pissed.
As much praise as there is here for Timmy D and Daniel, I still maintain the opinion that Sean's performance as Bond in FRWL is the truest to Fleming.
I still think its a cool gadget.
Bond got pounded.
However, FRWL was massacred. The entire gypsy camp/ Krilencu section was removed.
The train fight was cut considerably as well.
Still it was fun to watch these on the tube. I specifically remember FRWL airing on a Thursday night in May of 1984.
Great fun that night.
I was in 5th grade.
