Watching TSWLM the first few seconds I am instantly reminded why I love Bond.

This is one of the tightest films on a technical level.

This PTS is still one of the best for me.

Moore is in full confidence mode, when I was a kid this sequence was like watching Star Wars for the first time. The PTS really captured the imagination and it was practical, Rick Sylvester is a legend.

I wouldn't enjoy the ski chase as much if he didn't go through the tunnel.

I like the bit where he knocks the bloke over!

Are you referring to Caroline Munro? 🤣🤣

That's a bit of a classic move for Roger in ski mode, as he does the same thing in FYEO - jumping up and knocking the bike henchman over. I'm sure there are other examples to be found.

Well, it's Putter Smith's birthday and that's as good an excuse as any to pop in
    DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER.

Amsterdam section. Bond in character as Peter Franks. I love the Tiffany Case introduction scene. Great stuff here. Connery is having a lot of fun in this film.

One of my favorite fight scenes in the series, the elevator sequence.

Considering Connery's a bit older and not as trim here, he certainly has a lot of energy during this scuffle.
Joe Robinson has some great facial expressions here.

    Putter Smith is great.

The great Norman Burton version of Felix Leiter.
I do like his chemistry with Connery. Underrated Felix, IMO.
Not as much stunt work in this film as in later entries, but I do love we get Bond in peril quite a bit here.
I love the funeral home sequence.
Morton Slumber is wearing a ridiculous looking wig.

    Shady Tree is the best!
Bond in the bathtub chilling out.
Bond thinks Shady Tree's act sucks.
Shady hasn't changed his act since 1931.
Bond would've been about one year old the last time Shady tried something new during his act.
I 100% love that Bruce Cabot plays Saxby. Bruce Cabot, Marc Lawrence, and Larry Blake all were golden age of Hollywood actors.

Bond wears his traditional white dinner jacket and everyone else dresses casually in the casino.

My new favorite character actor, Larry Blake.
    He's in several SUPERMAN episodes.
    My NEW favorite actor.
    Annie Oakley on the end!

I love the gas station sequence.
I may be the only one.

Where I live, we have this HUGE snow storm tonight, and unlike last year I don't have to commute in it.
Instead I'm sitting here watching a Bond film.
I always felt DAF is a fun choice when you're either home from school/work with the flu, or you're snowed in during a storm.

I miss audio cassettes. Those were the days.
    Here we go.........the moonbuggy sequence.
As silly as it is, I love it.
    Thanks to John Barry.

I love scenes where Bond effs up and totals a s**tload of cars.

I remember seeing this one in the cinema 35mm print and that Mustang looked incredibly red.
On my new television, and on Blu-ray it looks pretty close to the cinematic print, IMO.

I love the Mustang chase. It's pretty funny.

I love that Connery wears his classic blue shoulder holster in this film.
    Lazenby wore a black one.

Bond scaling the Whyte House is one of my favorite scenes in the entire series.

Anytime I watch DAF, I find myself having the urge to raid the freezer and cook up a couple of JIMMY DEAN sausage biscuits. Much like the film (IMO), while they taste good at first, you’ll soon be wondering why you didn’t opt for something else!!! =))

The script has many witty moments, and - of course you have Connery. And you have....

Precisely. For some reason, Tiffany Case wasn't one of my favorite Bond girls for the longest time, but now I think she's great. Excellent chemistry with Connery.
