Ralph Fiennes aged about 30 years between SKYFALL and this one.
In a good way, though......... he really looks like M to me here.
    Yay! It's Felix!

I think Daniel Craig looks his BEST in this outing.

What exactly is Bond eating as he leaves the nightclub?

I love that he says "Call me James" in this one. It'd been decades since we got that.
    The Jamaica section is wonderful.

Nomi likes to rub it in that she's the new 007.

I think all the regulars look better in this movie, especially Q.

Felix's response to "I'm in" is worth the price of admission alone.

    Paloma is kicking ass.

What a great scene. That was superb.

Here we go..........now the film takes a nasty turn and becomes Noir Bond.
Could you imagine being in a tiny plane with Dr Valdo? He is extremely annoying.
Poor Bond. At least Bond didn't have to personally interact with Truman-Lodge or Boris too much.

The fight with Ash is pretty intense.
"We need to have a conversation about the company you keep."
I love that line, and use it often.

..and my favorite Felix gets his.
:( He's our buddy. I hate to see him go.

    :(

Hmm. I changed my mind. THIS film has my favorite Craig era "Bond.............James Bond."

I am loving this M argument sequence. Bond is giving M sh*t.

I like that Q is a cat person.

My cat just happens to be sitting on my lap enjoying this Bond epic with me. She has a damaged left eye, and had she been male I would've named her Le Chiffre.
That name would've been vetoed my my late great better half.

    Yay! It's Saffin!!!!
He really reminds me of the great Udo Kier.

M and Bond are buddies again.

    The great Blofeld/Bond confrontation scene.

Craig is pretty funny in this scene. :D

    Q likes gummy worms.

.........and Bond easily defeats his arch nemesis.

It took Sean Connery 6...........no, make that 7 films.......and he still never got Blofeld.

    Way to go, Craig.

I love that long olive trenchcoat Bond wears in this film.
    I want one.

    Bond meets his kid.

If and when I ever have a kid, upon birth he/she will be given a Bond quiz. My kid will need to be able to chronologically name the 25 Eon Bond movies from most recent to first.
If that child fails, he/she will be grounded until all 25 films are viewed.

Yes. I'd be a very strict father.

The forest sequence also has a horror movie feel.

I do like Saffin's island lair better than Silva's.

    Bond apologizes.
Great set. This reminds me of Ken Adam, though more dimly lit.

Odd to think that nearly 2 years ago this film got it's home media release.
I actually got it early, thanks to a co worker and I ended up watching it twice that night.
I stayed up until about 4am with this film.........then watched it yet again the next day with my Dad.
He loved it, though I believe he's only seen it a couple times. This film seems to NEVER air on any television station.
    Maybe I'm wrong about that?

I really love the WW2 era settings here. Old school control panels Bond must deal with.
    This is great stuff here.

    ...........I think Bond should've said

"MADE IT MA! TOP OF THE WORLD!!!!"

right before those missiles hit him.
    That would've been great!

Superb viewing and this one is back in my top 10.

Once I get past the point where I comepletely disagree with Eon's choices on this film, I can roll with it and have a blast. I actually enjoyed it even more than SKYFALL this time.

    I'm watching MOONRAKER right now.
Haven't watched this one yet this year. I must be slipping.
    Beautiful looking Bond film.
Here we go..........Drax meets Bond. I love this scene.
May I press you to a cucumber sandwich?

Bond gets personally blamed for the shuttle's hijacking. Lonsdale is great. A superb villain.
Chang is one of the funniest henchmen in the series.
Lois Chiles is one of my favorite Bond girls.

I wouldn't mind trying the centrifuge. That would probably be fun if it weren't for Chang.
Bond is getting effed up here.

    You missed, Mr Bond
    Did I?

The legendary Corrine death scene. That's pretty intense, actually.
