    The taxi chase could only be pulled off by Rogers Bond! Silly as it is, it's good fun! The switch to studio at one point is glaringly obvious!

    Alan Hume was DoP, he worked on some of the 'Carry On' movies, and I think some of the 'Confessions' films! He does better work here!

    The manhunt in the jungle. Michael Wilson said they based it on 'The Most Dangerous Game' and it could have been a highlight, but the cheap laughs don't lend it much credence

    I think originally Octopussy was the actual main villain! And I believe even Blofeld featured in early drafts? (Though Blofeld probably was an idea in most early Bond movie drafts!!)
