This is really interesting because thats one of the things I really really like about the film.
Other than that, a nip and a tuck to the underwater footage would make all the difference in the world. It's more engaging if you really focus on the procedure of what's happening underwater, but it's still so slow... Like watching something happen in slow-motion.
Why? Its a well filmed sequence imo. Intentionally humorous as well.
It seems rather 'unrefined' to a modern eye, for lack of a better word.
