I Just wanted to know if there were any members old enough on this forum to remember seeing the original print in the cinema.

Indeed a shame they didn't use this in the final cut.
Also seem to match the tuxedo he was wearing in the movie.
The only clue we have is a discarded cue from the soundtrack (track #01, Bond Back
In Action: here's a preview from Silva Screen Records.). From here on, we can start the actual discussion unless somebody provides better information.
IIRC, that track was used as the music for a teaser well before the movie was shown. It played over an assortment of pics from the movie in the theaters at the time. I remember it well.
