Craig is pre Connery that's all.
DN-->DAD
CR-->Ongoing
Unofficial three universes:
Casino Royale (1954)
Casino Royale (1967)
Never Say Never Again (1983)
But Craig was in GoldenEye the remake videogame ...
It's being one shish kebab shebang of a thing this whole James Bond thing from 1953 to the present day,
actually I should have put Casino Royale (1953)-Unnamed Anthony Horowitz Bond novel (2018) - with everything in between, back and forth across the 1950s to the present day and back, and Forward and Back again to Bond's first mission and on again with the reintroduction of Blofeld. It's one continous, ever-changing, anamorphic, literary inducing, cinemascope enveloping, surround sound inducing heck of a ride.
Spot on,thats how I see it...members have to try to avoid the dates the films were made,that only confuses the issue IMO.
which proves my point really, if Craig is in GE then he is in all other Bonds too.
As I said only one timeline exists.
Well, to some but me and a few others, like @barryt007 for instance.
Yes, some would call it the Bond cannon, but I call it the Bond Shebang.
Timeline 2 (1987 to 2002) (Younger Bond) TLD starts off with a training mission so it gives off a slight rebooted feel.
Timeline 3 (2006 -)
1962 to 2015:
Craig
Connery
Lazenby
Moore
Dalton
Brosnan
it's so obvious really, and as continuity never played a role in the series, this is the proper timeline to watch the films.
First time that I recall anyone associated with the series of series said that.
Daniel Craig's Bond was the only Bond to be rebooted and reintroduced. So, officially, it remains two timelines. Unofficially? They never told us anything and probably went along with what they officially said. The rest is just public talk.
Oh, and what about the theory where James Bond is a Time Lord?
Don't you know Agent James Bond really belongs to Section 31 and has only travelled back in time to prevent some sinister plots of villains, the temporal police chose him for the job as Agent Sloan can't be trusted anymore.
Blimey you are on form today @ClarkDevlin ...i dont need to say anything ,you are saying all my thoughts for me ...3rd time today hahaha !!
@barryt007, what can I say, mate? Commonsense Strikes Again! :D
