    @Gustav_Graves, I think Dimi has been quite pleasant about this whole situation. More pleasant than he needs to be and is deserved in fact, considering how many times we've been over this in the past. I don't think his expectations ask the moon, nor that his answers were theatrical or overly "loud" in manner.

    You should be happy that a moderator actually took the time to take in your words and responded to your post and the questions you had, because that doesn't always happen for people. Dimi took the time out of his day to actually create a dialogue, and did so only because he understood where you're coming from but wanted to give you the moderator perspective on how things are to operate.

    He's compromised a lot in the past, with many threads, including your several Star Trek threads that he should have merged into one but didn't out of respect, but there does come a time when it's too much to ask and when someone requests for nearly twenty shows to each have a thread, a line has to be drawn.

    As a man who supports political compromise, surely you can appreciate why this must be done?

    @Gustav_Graves, he's given you his answer, twice now. I was simply defending him against very erroneous claims I saw being leveled against him, that's all. That's what friends do for each other, after all.

    I also fail to see why this has suddenly turned into a contest of who knows Dimi better, whatever that has to do with anything. Though I would dispute that claim of yours as well, as I've shared many enriching PMs with the Darth master himself in the past.

    Great to see you guys handling this matter with some maturity and sensitivity to differing perspectives. That's the attitude what we need foster on here, instead of beginning posts with phrases like "I'm stupefied when people think this..." on a given subject.

    No need to be so prescriptive about the views one holds. This discussion had a positive outcome in the end, if it made us all more aware of that.
