Not correct but you are actually not too far away from the right answer.

Not correct, your former answer was closer.

The main Bond girls' first names listed alphabetically?

And YOLT/SF is controversial because it's arguable who the main one is. Correct? :)

Yes that is true!!! Sorry, I completely missed your answer. So it is up to you!!

That was a splendid game, @GBF. The two controversial films gave it away in the end.

This one will be interesting. My apologies if there's a mistake... But I'll be notably generous if one of you gets close enough since it's quite specific and based on the way you might look at it, there would be completely different arrangements.

    TB
    LTK
    DN/YOLT/AVTAK/TWINE
    LALD/FYEO/OP/TND/SF
    DAF/DAD/CR
    GF/OHMSS/TSWLM/MR/GE

Films where it doesn't happen: FRWL/TMWTGG/TLD/QoS/SP

Times Bond is entering the water?

TB: Bond and Domino in the water (2x), Bond inspecting the Disco Volante, Bond in the shark pool, Bond, analysing, the plane unter water, Bond undercover with Largo's henchmen, Bond in the underwater battle

LTK: Bond inspecting Krest's place, Bond diving to the Wavekrest, Bond escaping the Wavekrest, Bond placing the money in the Wavekrest, Bond jumping into the pool,

So many underwater scenes in these two films. It certainly has something to do with water :-)

Over to you @GBF, well done indeed!

I should add that it was "number of times that Bond is submerged in water". I chose "submerged" because it's more ambiguous than "underwater" or "ankle-deep" and using those terms would've been too cruel due to their exclusiveness. Sometimes Bond never goes completely underwater, or he's on the beach or not swimming but inside a vehicle. So in the end, I opted for "submerged" which encompasses everything really. xD

I hope I didn't make any mistakes, as I found it remarkable that Bond doesn't even touch any water in TMWTGG - let alone go in it. Go figure.

Thanks @BondAficionado. It was a nice game. Since water is the first thing I think of when I think of TB and LTK, it was quite obvious. It was rather surprising for me that Bond was only once under water in TSWLM. A film that most of us certainly relate to water. But thinking of it makes one aware that Bond is actually always in a sub or sailing on the water instead of being under water.

Well at least our beloved friend J.W. is submerged in water in TMWTGG :-)

May I ask why the films are split into separate groupings?

Total scenes with M? Each group is then ranked by the time on-screen perhaps?
  • GBFGBF

Not correct. The groups indicate that these are closer together ...
  • GBFGBF
    Posts: 3,197
And that between the groups the gap is a bit wider...
