    KLUTE (1971)
From the Criterion collection. Dont know why I never had this excellent thriller in my collection. Considered a classic, with great performances from Donald Sutherland as the title character Detective John Klute, and Jane Fonda, looking forward to watching this again.

I thought it was hilarious and very entertaining, hopefully you do as well.

@Mathis1, I enjoyed Klute but didn't wholeheartedly love it, but at least the performances (especially from Fonda) were fantastic.

A very interesting documentary series about the history of Europe from the Hundred Years War to (so far) the reign of Louis XV.

Going to be a couple weeks before it shows up in my mailbox, but I'm certain worth the wait.

The last film bought was NTTD.

Looking at a few few replies I think I can add a boxset. 'The Detectorists'. A very gentle but funny sitcom about metal detecting enthusiasts (it's better than it sounds!).

Considering I'm one of this film's only fans, it seemed fitting that I should have a copy of the Blu-ray.

Bargain price, I have three copies of the film, I don't mind NSNA though its a mixed bag in the way it is shot, there is a chasm in quality between I suspect what is shot by Irvin Kershner and the second Unit.

Continuing my Lana Turner fixation and the titles are dwindling in terms of home video release. There's still a small handful for me to get to complete this film library and here's the latest..........

    19885575_so.jpg

@Gerard. To music fans of a certain age (and taste), the second film (la Vallee du Bonheur) is better known for the casting of Petula "Downtown" Clark. :x

Big Gene Tierney fan and this is one I've been hankering to see.

My copy of PEYTON PLACE has a crack so I ordered this Australian import DVD. I'm hoping it's not a flipper disc like the other edition that's been out for years,
