@JamesBondKenya, if any of your friends complain about the amazing water photography take the TV remote and bash them over the head with it. It's gotta be done, and I am sure those criticisms will come.
I was trying to come up with more "classics" and not my straight up favorites. I think the first three are incredibly important and classic, and demand at least a viewing. CR is a given, as well, so that leaves my mind jumping to OHMSS for the last one. I could possibly replace it with TSWLM.
Ok but they seemed pretty onboard during dr no my friend thinks it's the best bond film
The real problems gonna be the Moore era
That is impressive. I didn't come around to DN until I was at least in my 20s.
These kids seem alright.
We'll see, we're watching frwl tonight
Five to introduce a newbie to:
GF, FRWL, TSWLM, GE, CR. I like the idea of trying to show off the variety of Bond interpretations. OHMSS just isn't a good choice for a first timer. Two Connery films? Well come on -- his is the iconic Bond. If forced to show only one Connery in my 5 for beginners, I'd lose FRWL and substitute TLD.
Yeah roger is very much the ladies man
He put my wife into labor with my second child when watching Live and Let Die
Yes! on all counts
I'm due for a Moore film soon. Was thinking either FYEO or AVTAK since they're bottom 5 material but in need of a watching. But TSWLM I think now is first.
U can watch octopussy too, I used to think the Spy Who Loved me was by far the best Moore movie until my most recent Viewing of them both when I discovered my true love is for the film octopussy , and a close second is the Spy Who Loved me
I've done OP somewhat recently. FYEO for me is like the forgotten Bond film. I forget it exists half the time.

Maybe adding TWINE would be nice, although many would disagree.
Brosnan tried his best in TND after GE - he's not the main problem (although, as is the case with his Bond catalog if you ask me, some of his acting choices didn't help make things better). Even for the Bond series, the entire film is completely over-the-top in tone, far-fetched plot wise, the dialogue is garbage with gag-inducing hack attempts at humor especially, the emotional elements that were shoe-horned in to appease Brosnan fall completely flat, the acting is really atrocious from the secondary cast members like Frobe, Hatcher and Schiavelli and the top billed cast is mediocre at best (Yeoh, Pryce). When you get down to it, for me, the whole film represents the absolute worst of how the James Bond franchise appears to the non Bond fan; it's flashy but so shallow. Arnold's score is good, Q's scenes are fun and there are a few cool action set pieces - but let's just say.... it killed any chances of having many future tomorrows with me.... I don't return to this one very much. haha
I'm reminded that I ranked LALD way too low here.... I returned to it recently and it's actually a movie that keeps getting more and more watchable for me, I should have put down AVTAK in the #5 worst spot. What was I thinking?
CR
SF
TND (yes really, I love it)
TSWLM
FRWL
But I should add I have a lot of love for Lazenby and Dalton's films too.
