Wasn't that in 1987 with TLD though?
Seconded, and Raymond Benson has already used it under the name Shamelady in the first chapter of his first Bond continuation novel Zero Minus Ten (1997) so there is some form there already.
In short. Yes. Good idea.
Ask yourself if it's OK in the mirror.
Yes, they've kind of ruined it a bit from what I hear.
Jamaica is frankly Bond's spiritual home and it beggars belief that EON have not returned for over forty years. A real crying shame.
Very much agreed, @Getafix, considering how many Fleming Bond novels and short stories are set in Jamaica too! Very much Bond's spiritual home.

Exactly. All very incestuous.
Chris Blackwell is an impressive guy in his own right. I'm surprised he hasn't orchestrated Bond's return to Jamaica to be honest.
But there are plenty of other great Jamaican locations that could be used in a Bond film.
Believe it or not the Chinese are currently trying to buy an island off the south coast to turn into a shipping container port. All very Dr No.
As long as we see a gold typewriter in the background.
The exploding type?
Where's our credit EON?
That's fair
