You might want to read what you're referencing. The article specifically mentions the ambiguity of meaning for the word "biweekly" (informing us that both "every OTHER week" and "TWICE a week" are accurate up to a point in their own way) and suggests the word "semi-weekly" instead, so as not to confuse readers. I'll acknowledge that my interpretation is less than entirely accurate if you'll admit that your wording invites misinterpretation. And my suggestion still stands: you may want to rename your thread so as not to invite misinterpretation.
