For many, they are terrorists who happen to be Muslim, there is no causal connection.

That counts for religion in general. It's a tool. And the feeble-minded are motivated by it to shun science teachers from their Alabama schools.

Science is also a tool, and it has also been misused. Still is.

No offence but isnt it coincidence that EVERY attack is by muslims ? ..whether or not it is them generally, the problem comes from there and has to be addressed.

To be fair, that is not true. But it is a horrendous and violent religion in its pure and literal form.

Science is never the tool, my friend. Technological applications are. Science is about understanding the universe. Certain practical uses are usually the work of engineers, technicians, inventors and so forth.

So is Christianity or Judaism when you are talking literal form.

Very true, @SaintMark. Christianity's past is beyond doubt one of the most savage ones.

Immigration from conflict zones is always a problem, especially as one of the parties is intent on killing everyone, including the peaople of the country many try to flee to. Then there's the basics of immigrants often having a conservative outlook, as they fear the unknown and hang on to what they do know. Britons in, say, Thailand are often more 'British' then those in Britain. Then there's a class difference: those who are well educated, or have the capacity to learn fast will integrate easier in a new society. And there's the 10% rule: if immigrants rise above the 10% of the standard population they will form a seperate group of their own, keeping their own traditions, beliefs and whatnot alive.

Now, for Sweden this is rather new, but they made the same mistakes the French, Germans and British made before them. They put all the new immigrants together. And all the boxes above are ticked, which is a recipe for disaster.

One thing people don't understand is that Islam was formed in a military style group and was made to take over cities and convert them.

One thing people don't understand is that Islam was formed in a military style group and was made to take over cities and convert them.

The Romans used Christianity in such a way as well to unite their empire when it was crumbling and in 1095 a certain pope Urban II tried to weaponise christianity when his speech launched a series of crusades against the middle east to recapture the home of three Abrahamic monotheism. The major accepted reason by the majority of historians for this was to strengthen the Church position.
The Northern crusades were religious military attacks to christianise parts of Europe, the Albigensian Crusade launched to crush Catharism [another Christian faith in which the Pope and his church had no influence] or the Bosnian crusade which was another attempt to grap more power.
When we look in Europe and we see how cruel the christian faith was towards different ideas from the same religious source through our history and still is today. Lets not make any assumptions about our leading faith which is as corrupt as any other faith through which certain people want to reign.

And Islam was by no means meant as a military style group, it started as a faith and was taken out of context and used by man as happend with most religions.

It is just that man is the weakness in any political or religious belief, they lust for power and have no interest in his fellows welbeing unless it benefits him/her.

Which returns us to todays terrorist who is never a person that is doing well in society it is generally a loser who beliefs his next life will be better.

Sadly these days not all Muslims are terrorists but all recent terrorist attacks were done by Muslims and statements like JamesBondKenya's create a mood and are not really part of any solution.

No excuse absolutely, but no inflammatory statements that tell a partial truths from the eye of the beholder and popular on Breitbart will solve this issue either.

Im struggling to follow your argument; because Christianity did bad stuff centuries ago Islam can't be blamed for having anything do with the current terror attacks we see on a daily basis?

I am sorry you fail to follow the argument, it was meant as a rebuttal towards JamesBondKenya's statement about the historical origin of the Islamic fate. It has nothing to do with today's issue, unless you find inflammatory and unjust statements about the Islamic believe adding towards any solution for our current predicament with Islamic terrorism.

Are you?- What I read is that Muhammed started a monotheism and I read nowhere that he was an psychopathic terrorist. I find that label worthy of a Breitbart publication not having a place at MI6.

Any terrorist attack upon innocent people are horrible and there is no excuse for. But we tend to forget the daily attacks on fellow Muslims that take place in the Muddle East. There is in essence a civil war taking place between the various parts of Islam. Life for Muslims seem to be difficult they are hated by their own and their own strike out at the west as well.

And perhaps so should you instead of following extreme rightwing propaganda. As was stated before Judaism and Christianity too have some horrific material in their "holy books" too..

Indeed. More Muslims have died on account of this inner conflict than anyone. Hence my earlier point that if we were to track daily terrorist attacks globally including in Muslim countries we'd have the most busy thread on this forum.

Ok well I have read parts of the Quran, it's too long to read the whole thing though, in regards to Mohammad, Jesus was a man who disagreed with how the Jews were running things, while Mohammad was very much a military leader, sending Muslims into battle against the polytheists and fought himself getting injured twice. The new Islamic agenda of ISIS and such is just a revivalism of the old belief. In regards to what the Quran says, every 5th line is violent reminding the reader that all non Muslims will be killed and stuff like god wishes that he could kill the non believers but since he can't he wants the Muslim to.

But you fail to see that when the Roman empire did embrace the Christian religion it was then weaponized for some horrific 16/17 centuries in which we had some terrific mass murdering going on as well.
And I believe the Polytheists did initially attack the Muslims who at time lived and prayed in peace before they decided enough was enough, I guess they lacked the other cheek part from the bible.

But my question would be why you are so hell-bent to insult all the peace loving Muslims that are caught in your insults?- The majority of Muslims prefer peace over war and terror too.
