Oh the summer of 1981
... Nobody Does It Better from Spy
I love how it's an anthem to Bond. Jones is just the right singer for this particular song as well.
@PrinceKamalKhan that's pretty cool, I've never seen that before.

What did play over the opening titles, was Barry's instrumental - which was supposed to have lyrics to it - but alas, we got an instrumental instead....
"We Have All The Time In The World" might have been the main song, and driving piece for the film's melody.. but so was "If There Was A Man" by The Pretenders for The Living Daylights, "Surrender" by K.D. Lang for Tomorrow Never Dies, and "Only Myself to Blame" by Scott Walker for The World Is Not Enough........ i don't consider any one of those songs the title theme for the movie - because they didn't play over the opening titles...... i don't see how this is confusing. lol...
but with that all said..... "Diamond Are Forever" by Shirley Bassey is my #1 Bond theme.
To me it's THE ultimate Bond theme. Second, twine.
Have you heard this version before??
Also really love Coldplay's version and the instrumental by John Barry just great music.
