Still a real gun that I had to wait 30 days to take home though! I love mine; I keep it right under the bed within reach
That said, I don't currently own any actual firearms, and as my primary reason for purchasing a gun would be home defense, I won't be starting with anything less powerful than a 9mm.

I mentioned above that it's a .22
They had said in the movies once or twice that Bond's fired 7.65mm ammunition, which I didn't really know what was. Turns out, it's the European equivalent of a .32 (Just like Kersey's gun in the first Death Wish, @Murdock !)
Here's the difference in size:
As you can see, the .22 is a cute wee little fellow! When you fire it, you hardly feel it!

I disagree.. That thread is a little off topic this is direct. It's about actually owning a PPK. Plus that thread is what six months old?
Indeed I am.
This guy goes into nice detail about the gun in the first video, and then in the second, he and some gal pals do target shooting with it with different types of ammo.
