I love Roger and enjoy watching TMWTGG anytime, lots of fun, but even so TLD edges it for me.

    Skyfall ... Done!

  • TLD and SF.. Though Golden Gun is so much fun.

    TLD with ease.

SP, which may not be the better film, but certainly is the better Bond film. No contest.

    TLD without question
    And
SP because I enjoy it more!

    Easy without a doubt

TLD Dalton's best and has a cracking Barry swansong of a score.

SF SP is my no. 24 in my ranking and SF no. 4 after my in concert screening on Sunday, love the film more than ever now. I'll take a brave Bond film that subverts things over one that tries desperately to be one and fails on so many levels.

    TMWTGG easy peasy

SP that was harder but I’d still rather watch Spectre than Skyfall, most days

Much more votes for SP than I exSPECTREd. (I'm not one of the haters, but I didn't read a lot of nice things about SP on this forum).

TLD over TMWTGG, but closer than it would have been in times past.

    SP over SF, no contest.

One thing TLD has over TMWTGG is a far better pts, and one thing SF has over SP is a far better finale.

Well the first one is very easy.
    TLD over TMWTGG all day.
I am not a huge fan of either of the second choices but SF has more forward momentum and a far more interesting plot than SP, so I will go with that.

TLD. An easy choice and I hope this makes up for forgetting the lovely Maryam d'Abo’s birthday last week (Dec 27th) 😊
SF. A “classic” looking 007 movie and one that I wish my mother had lived to see.

I read somewhere that what decides how much you like a film is based on "the peak" whatever you define that as, and the ending. Those two criteria overshadow most others, or so this study said.

I can definitely see that being true. A large part of my enjoyment of a film comes down to the ending, and as a person that prefers solid resolutions, I often find myself disliking movies that end ambiguously or try to set up a sequel (something I discovered when my friends made me watch the Star Wars series). When I enjoy a film, I also find myself replaying one or two special moments in my head, so you could say that's my "peak."

SF less close but SP is solid.

    TLD
SP (as others said, a far better Bond movie, even given its movie shortcomings)
