    A good cup of tea will give you a real energy boost. Same with broth.

    Coffee or energy drinks don t.

    I get far more energy from drinking coffee than tea...

    Sometimes I even drink tea before I go to bed.

    No, you definitely have to put the tea in first, followed by the milk. It's just not the same the other way around. It's much too milky and it doesn't seem possible to correct it after that!

    I somehow omitted to mention in the OP that I usually drink Tetley at work as it is usually the brand in the tea box in the staff tearoom. It's not bad, though I do of course prefer the PG Tips brand at home.

    As I said on the OP, PG Tips is the finest brand of tea I've tasted thus far and I'm glad that I decided to purchase it from the supermarket on the off-chance that it might be good!

    During a bad cold I discovered ginger tea with honey, which is a great drink. You also can get it with lemon or tumeric, which is obviously also good for you. There are many brands.

    Just yesterday I was walking past a sign in town that was for the Infuse Tea Bar. It said, Where there is tea there is hope. How true.
