  I likely had the same experience on the first try, @Agent_99, then I

  right-clicked on the smaller thumbnail link and those produced the workable Copied Image Location.

  It never ceases to amaze me how anything seems to go in the US and other countries when it comes to registration plates. Here in the UK registration plates are much more regulated, be unique and have to have numbers as well as letters on them. Of course the US hardly leads the way in this field. They don't even have yearly MOTs for cars after President George W. Bush did away with them.
