    It's certiainly brave not captaining Haaland this week, but you never know! I certainly hope as a captainer, that Haaland matches Chilwell – or even Sterling…

    Sterling is definitely on my list of targets for next week. Can't say he was before this fixture though.

    Eriksen pulled one back, Rashford assist. How United respond is key as I am worried Ten Hag has lost the dressing room or his tactics need questioning as surely he must have learned from last year you can not play this open.

    Another POTM performance from Maddison today. Udogie also very, very good. Upgrade in midfield with Bissouma and Saar. Richarlison however doesn’t look like he'll ever score another goal. Also Son still way off his game ...

    Bournemouth look fairly hopeless, kinda surprising as they finished strongly last year ...

    Top of the Table West Ham tried to get him but Fulham wanted more than the 40 or 50 million offered ... so WH signed Edson Alvarez. Gotta be the most grizzled club in the prem, kinda mirroring their manager. Rock solid all over the pitch today against Brighton with an inspired Antonio and Ward Prowse doing a very good KDB or Fernandes impression.

    One of the joys of football is that games are under two hours, usually, including break and added time. No reason to mess with that ...
