I was counting the Garnacho points and didn't see Zirkzee offside until the replay.

Garnacho should be starting, Rashford needs to be benched for the Liverpool game.

Our recent results vs Brighton have not been great I had a feeling we may of lost today.

Just woke up and saw the Arsenal score and thought great stuff I have Saka and Raya is in goal form me, I check my team and Raya is on my bench and Saka is not even in my team lol I really need to pay attention more. At least me panicking about Haaland was the right decision, not owning him would have been futile this GW unless other assets match his hatrick.

Bruno has done nothing for me as a false 9, TH needs to play him in his natural position ASAP.

It just occurred to me I am the Rashford of the FPL, I have had one great season and that's about it :))

Mctominay terms agreed with Napoli, we should get Ugarte very soon. Good look to Scott.

FPL wise all my defenders have blanked typical, the only defenders that got points are on my bench :/

God am I ever regretting selling Palmer after one week, huge mistake.

Not a great start for me in FPL, with several doubts in my team. I might be tempted to play my earliest ever wildcard should there be any more issues to sort out. Right now, I have Barco, Hall and Nkunku to worry about…

Ouch! Had Palmer in several drafts, but he missed out of my gameweek 1 team in order to get a better squad. Not that I managed to get the squad depth right though…

Nkunku has already dropped in price, which makes it much more difficult for me to find a good replacement. I might have to take a hit too – or two!

My knee jerk wildcard cost me as I got rid of Havertz initially only to bring him back in a few days later at price increase lol

Ugarte signs for United, Merino signs for Arsenal. Things are getting closer to Deadline day now!

Seeing some nice wildcard drafts around. Must admit I'm very tempted to pull the trigger myself too…

Let's have a look at how things went in gameweek 2! This was a high scoring gameweek, with an average gameweek score of 69 points – up from 57 points in gameweek 1. This is reflected in the gameweek scores in our league too; many managers in our league got even higher scores, but none better than our gameweek 2 winner, Red Warriors – scoring 87 points. Congratulations! =D>

    GW 1: Liverpool Richmond
    GW 2: Red Warriors

We have another deadline this weekend, at 11:00 UK time. Remember to have your teams ready by then!

Good value only question mark with Chiesa is his fitness, hopefully this transfer will lead to Sancho going to Juve, as a United fan its an absolute no to a Sancho/Sterling swap.

AL-AHLI securing deals to sign both Osimhen £67.3m and Toney 40m wt... I thought they were going to both end up at Chelsea, will either deal get hijacked???

Napoli making some odd signings, Lukaku, Mctominay and possibly Billy Gilmore.

And Sterling is rumoured for a late move to Arsenal. This is peak Deadline Day! :))

Crystal Palace have completed a £30 million Deadline Day deal for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.

West Ham attacking midfielder James Ward-Prowse has completed a season-long loan move to Nottingham Forest

Sancho gone which I am happy about, thankfully we did not get Sterling in return he is at Arsenal. Sterling would have hindered the development of Amad and Garnacho.

Sterling may be a good asset for Arsenal as he has been there and done it regarding title wins, in a stable side he could be effective.

I think Sancho would have done better at Juve, I honestly think Sancho is not suited to the prem because of his lack of pace.

glad the window is closed it irritates me, it should end before the season starts IMO.

Someone was debating who United post Fergie era worst signing was, the likes of Pogba, Sanchez and Sancho were mentioned.

Personally Pogba on his day did ok and was a class player in bursts, for me its Sanchez was the worst as we were in a title hunt when we signed him and it totally derailed us, plus Martial was playing well on the left and was moved to accommodate Sanchez.

Sancho has largely been ineffective though in a bad United period, other players have been just as poor as Sancho.

    ---

United v Liverpool we need to be careful from what i have seen of Liverpool under slot, United could dominate though get picked off and lose 2 - 0, United are very light in midfield at the moment as Ugarte did not register in time for the game and Mount is out injured.

Antony must be up there as one of the worst signings as well ?or too early ?

I don't think you'll miss Mount, Garnacho taking on Trent is scary as when we played Ipswich they were running straight past him.

They should have signed a few decent defenders.

It strikes me that none of the Deadline Day transfers mentioned above (and others) looked like desperate moves, or even strange ones. All transfers look very sensible really.

Eddie Nketiah got his permanent move away from Arsenal, which probably should have happened sooner for him. Reiss Nelson will be linking up with Smith Rowe at Fulham, and will no doubt see more playing time in his season long loan. Didn't expect Sterling to end up at Arsenal, but the club now finally has a good option to cover for Saka – and even on the left hand side and the striker spot if needed. Arsenal looks to have got a great deal too, looking at the details. They will only pay 50% of his salary, since his salary will be split 50-50 between the clubs.

Less than half an hour until the deadline, and I'm still not sure if I'll push the wildcard button or not! If I don't, I will be playing the wildcard as soon as the game updates; there's no chance my team can handle any more players dropped or being doubts.

Here are the gameweek 3 captaincy picks!
    Palmer: 7
    Haaland: 3
    B. Fernandes: 1
    Ødegaard: 1
    Isak: 1
    Mitoma: 1
    Saka: 1

It's no surprise to see Palmer top our captaincy picks list after his haul last weekend. He will no doubt be a popular pick in gameweeks ahead too. Haaland is the only other player backed by more than one manager. Good luck everyone!

I really wish I had a way to bring in Palmer for this gameweek too, but there was no way to get him without taking hits. I'm playing the wildcard after this gameweek (or rather, I'll probably hit the button tonight), and I'm 90% sure he'll be in my gameweek 4 team.

Antony does have good work rate, I think there is a player there and he did have injurys and off field issues last year. Antony does have a good attitude I would give him at least another season he is still relatively young though when he gets into good positions he needs to lay it off and not always go for his left footed curling shot. To be fair all our wingers except Amad tend to shoot on site rather than pass, its irritating.

I think united did well out of the moves in the end, we got rid off a lot of dead wood players more will go in the next transfer window(s).

Indeed. United's squad makes a whole lot more sense now.

Rice sent off, and Brighton equalise. Writing off the season for Arsenal already. They can't beat Sp*rs after the international break without him…

Ouch! not following the game, Arsenal will be there with City I think. Brighton are a tough side to be fair.

Indeed, Brighton are one of the better teams in the league, and any changes to their squad or even managerial positions doesn't seem to affect them much. My guess is that City will just run away with this now, with Arsenal dropping points against Sp*rs as well.

You will beat Spurs, they can't defend as a team.
