  Looks like the Main Strike location. My second guess would be the train tunnel in OP where Bond has that shoot out before running up the steps.

  Not very glamorous but an interesting one. In Skyfall as Bond drives M in the DB5 shortly after coming out of his lock up, they go through Lewisham Way in New Cross, South East London. I was born just around the corner from here! Rough area!
