A Spy In Shining Armour - (5th Brosnan Film/Alternate Reality)

My first post! A lot of the plot below is taken from a fan script I wrote over on CBN back in the day 2004 and I've decided to rework it into this story... (also a bit of 007 in New York)

After the fallout of Agent 007's North Korea mission in 2002; MI6 decides
it's best long term if James Bond was to retire to private life. In exchange for
giving up the job he's occupied so long, he's allowed to keep the diamonds recovered
from Gustav Graves helicopter and have his family estate purchased for an extremely
inflated price so that he can retire to New York City under the guise of an ornathologist/
trust fund baby. Although the Double-Oh section of MI6 was deactivated in 2003 and all
records of it's existence (and agents) wiped clean, the former 007 is a bit of an industry
legend in the world wide intelligence community due to his bizaare missions and rumors
that he's saved the world from disaster dozens of times.

Bond's two decade party is interupted when the CIA & MI6 needs a favor...
warn former British agent Lila Bloom that her love interest Leo Masters, a
serial startup entrepreneur and venture capitalist is actually an intelligence asset for the
Chinese Government. Bond and Bloom eventually form a secret partnership to find
out what China is really up to with Masters... and what they find is much more terrifying
than just selling secrets....
