    Well I was going to guess it was from the 'watch the birdie' scene from your clue, but it didn't seem to match up to anything I could see! :)

    it's Bond holding the hook in Krest's marine research facility.

    Wrong guess. It's actually Bond holding Lupe at knife point aboard Krest's yacht.
