Too tautological. If you don't forget, you do remember. How about a paradox: Remember to Forget. Although it might suit a different movie than a Bond film.
I think I saw that or words to that effect written in block letters on an entrance on a recent trip to Belfast. I may have misquoted it but I agree it doesn't sound quite right. A tautology as you say. However, I think there is something Bondian there which was why I shared it. It just needs reworking I think.
