If Inception Were A Bond Movie...
I've thought long and hard planning this out. Imagine Inception as a Bond film. Let me help:
The PTS: The scene where Cobb infiltrate's Watanabe's 'lair' nearly exactly as it plays out in the actual film. Yet, instead of Cobb, it is Bond/Daniel Craig infiltrating for the secrets. When Watanabe wakes up, he is being trained by Cobb, as similar in FRWL how to deal with Bond. He is also displaying how powerful Inception will be in their later plot against England's government. End PTS.
The Villain's Plan: To use the power of 'Inception' to gain access to the nuclear power of Russia and the 'West', and sell to the highest bidder.
The Villain: Remains as Cillian Murphy playing Robert Fischer. Watanabe appears as a villain until he is tricked by Cobb and forced into limbo for the duration of the film through a dramatic sequence. This happens early on. Fischer has recruited Cobb to do this against Watanabe, his right hand man, after Watanabe was reportedly leaking the location of 'Inception' to so-and-so. Fischer is obsessed and addicted to Inception. Cobb (a woman, see below) is his love interest and creates his dreams for him.
The Henchmen: Cobb. But Cobb is a woman, Fischer's toy and mind behind creating his dreams. Bond is on to Cobb from the beginning. Right after the PTS, Cobb and Watanabe flee from Argentina with Bond hot on their tail. After Cobb rids of Watanabe in limbo, Bond focuses on her. This leads Bond to the discovery of Fischer and his master plan at the climax. (Bond shags her, fyi)
Bond's Help: Joseph Gordon Levitt, but as Felix Leiter. Teams up with Bond considering the threat against both England and America. Tom Hardy plays a Russian spy who was sent to kill Fischer, but failed to. This is displayed through visual flashback-ish-thing during M's monologue report to Bond just after the PTS.
The Twisty-bit: The verge of the climax takes place in Bond's mind. A huge brawl between Cobb and Bond, with film trickery, convinces us that Bond kills Cobb. Yet, Cobb has actually made Bond unconscious and accessed his mind in the elevator of 12 floors as seen in the actual film. We see Tracy and adapted hints at OHMSS, as well as Vesper on another floor containing scenes of the French Bed&Breakfast hotel her and Bond spent that unfortunate week at. We see Bond in the military, fighting the Gulf Wars. We see a bit of M, as well as other things from Bond's (literary) past. We are also showed LeChiffres torture of Bond, and such. Cobb silently explores this labyrinth of memories; the mind of a spy. Once the roller coaster of our emotions for Bond finally comes to an end, Bond is woken up by Leiter, and Cobb has been detained by the Americans.
* Throughout the film, several heads of State from Russia, France, as well as attacks+attempts to obtain English and American heads of state occur.
The Climax: Just as displayed in the film. Bond and crew attack Fischer's lair in the snowy mountains. The amazing snow action scene is slightly extended. At the verrrrryy end of the film, Cobb has escaped and the film ends as it did in the original: Cobb goes into limbo to retrieve Watanabe, hinting that they will return in another feature.
Now help me with a title, please!

haha, but Bond never falls into limbo ;)
And since Lukashenko is thought of as a tyrant, it could raise an interesting angle on the villain - he believes he is doing the right thing by taking away the support a dictator has.

Damn, that embarrassing.
I like it. That was just some cliche plan I mocked up. It all came to me so quickly I blurted. Definitely an interesting, and Inception-style-make-you-think plot.
