I'll go for #5. I do enjoy gun barrel iconography when its featured in the films.

    It's a difficult round indeed!

I know many of you had been agonizing about which number would you going to vote?

But in the end, there's still a winner! And I'd like to thank you all guys for making this successful!

    Congratulations! #2! Or A new Bond! <:-P

Now, from the European Fun type of Espionage, let's move on to the bloody, the most gritty and 80's action!

The first time that Bond was derived from its formula, well not looking at the movies that first derived from the books (I'm looking at you, You Only Live Twice ).

Many people saw this film as some that looked like a cheap TV movie, hmmmm...... Let's see.

What something it could offer? Is the allegations real?

    Well, time to prove yourself!

As you can now submit your favorite shots for Licence To Kill (1989) Timothy Dalton's second Bloody, Gritty, Heavy Action Movie!

    914YrSCmgvL._AC_SL1500_.jpg

The deadline of submission is on October 20, 2022!

Note: Kindly put the title/name of each scene (shots/pictures).

*And no submitting of BTS or Promotional stills, it should be a screencap of the film scenes.

Licence To Kill is a bit of step down after the highs of the previous film, unfortunately. Still, it has a couple of lovely moody shots of Dalts being intense as hell. And a winking fish. So there's that.

Make a sound, and you're dead.

True @CraigMooreOHMSS many people look at the movie as a Made For TV cheap action 80's generic movie, that's one of the cons that brought License To Kill down to some people.

Dario's might be the worst death in the franchise.

I'm afraid it might be the only thing left of Bond after the missile explosion.

Maybe too close to "Big Boom", but I thought it deserved it's own mention.

I disagree entirely with those who consider LTK an unpretty movie, there are some amazing shots in this film and this is the one shot I always think of when defending the cinematography for LTK:

    Seaview Sunrise

The other shots you nominated are also fantastic @CraigMooreOHMSS !

As with LTD, LTK marked the final credited work for several long time Bond alumni. As for LTK itself, while not as cinematic as TLD (IMO), it certainly isn’t without merit, especially when the focus is on Dalton.

    Licence-to-Kill-0101.jpg
Farewell to a Legend (Maurice Binder)

    Licence-to-Kill-0106.jpg
Farewell to a Legend (Richard Maibaum)

..and now for the film itself:
    Licence-to-Kill-0066.jpg
Making it to the Church in the Nick of Time

    Licence-to-Kill-0186.jpg
    “…he was married once…”

    Licence-to-Kill-0285.jpg
A Farewell to Arms (The Hemingway House)

    Licence-to-Kill-0695.jpg
Bond’s Plan (gain the villain's trust and the pit his men against each other)

    Licence-to-Kill-1166.jpg
Bond is Bloodied but Victorious in the end (his most personal mission completed)

And no discussion of LTK from me would be complete without....
