    1) MR (those wonderful suites - Venice, the pyramid, space... Oooh :x)
    2) AVTAK (I always want to make a fist and shout YEAH! with this score)
    3) OP (I really like the theme song and those mystical cues in India, among other things)
    4) TMWTGG (a simple film, a simple score, but man is it effective or what?)
    5) FYEO (Conti does well with this typical early 80s score)
    6) LALD (yeah not my favourite but it's okay)
    7) TSWLM (not my favourite and slightly less okay than LALD)

    1) A View to a Kill (If only the film had been as fantastic as the score)
    2) Moonraker (See Above)
    3) For Your Eyes Only (Dated to the extreme, yet I cannot help but love it)
    4) Octopussy (A slower and more majestic score, very enjoyable)
    5) Live and Let Die (Bond funkified...some interesting cues and it's pretty groovy)
    6) The Spy Who Loved Me (A mixed bag for me, some cues work, others are very odd)
    7) The Man with the Golden Gun (Worst Bond film accompanied by a bored score...not terrible, just forgettable. Barry's only misfire for me)

    In every case minus TSWLM, the score was far better than the actual film itself.

    IMO the musical scores just were not the same after the classic Barry scores of the sixties. GF, TB, YOLT and OHMSS. In regards to Moore's film scores:

    I won't rank the others as they were all fairly forgettable.

    1. A View To A Kill - Love this score. Classic Barry.
    Highlight - Golden Gate Fight

    2. Live and Let Die - Oozes funk cool.
    Highlight - Trespassers Will Be Eaten

    3. Moonraker - Sweeping smooth strings. It's a shame the recording quality of the score isn't really up to scratch.
    Highlight - Miss Goodhead Meets Bond

    4. Octopussy - Barry does a great job of building the suspense with this score.
    Highlight - Bond Look Alike

    5. The Man With The Golden Gun - Perhaps not up to Barry standards but very enjoyable.
    Highlight - Hip's Trip

    6. For Your Eyes Only - Not one of my favorites, feels a little heavy. (Kamen & Martin seemed to miss scoring some parts of the film, I feel Conti went a bit overboard scoring everything!)
    Highlight - Melina's Revenge

    7. The Spy Who Loved Me - Loved 'Nobody Does It Better', but the score its self was a bit all over the place, it never seemed to mesh for me. It is a shame that the CD soundtrack is missing so much music from the film though.

    1)AVTAK- Awesome from start to finish.
    2)Octopussy- Solid all around.
    3)Live and Let Die- My second favorite non Barry score.
    4)Moonraker- Really smooth but ocassionaly lacks energy.
    5)For Your Eyes Only- Has its moments, like the mountain climbing scene, but has dated badly.
    6)TSWLM- Hasn't dated well either
    7)TMWTGG-The one Barry score I didn't like.

    We aren't ranking the title tracks just the film's scores.

    This makes me realize that no Bond actor had his entire tenure scored by one composer. Not counting Lazenby/OHMSS of course.
