No, a stealth boat ...he he couldn't resist it.

Thundy isn't aware of that film, though. Or rather he likes to forget it!

True..it is wiped from his mind.

That is the St Hallgrim Church which is sort of a landmark in Reykjavik. From the tower, you have a 360 degrees view of the entire city.

It's very beautiful. I only hope that you said a prayer there.

There was a slight sulphuric smell in that tower, Dragonpol.

Perhaps it was located near to a a fumarole, Thundy?

Well, yes. I visited the biggest geyser spot, and there was a sulphuric smell whenever there was an erruption. The Icelanders use natural hydrothermic energy for heating.

It's quite an unpleasant smell I gather?

So now the opinion that is unwelcomed around here (somehow) is one that actually likes 95% of the films from 1962 to 2002? I didn't know this was a Craig era utopia, where all the movies since 2006 were worshipped with punishment by death for those that don't like them. Except that CR is the only one widely praised and each other film after has its own pocket of dissenters and supporters.

This delusion that Craig is off limits is a nonsensical view, especially since SP has made many want him out. The anti-SP mood of the forum is another sign that Danny is by no means untouchable, so this implied favoritism to the actor is both unfounded and widely exaggerated.

I want what some are smoking.

Time heals. Back in 1980 Bond fans were despairing over the way Bond had developed into a series of comedy adventures, and bemoaned the loss of the Connery inspired years.

Now, we look back on Roger Moore with misty eyed fondness and people are saying 'actually Moonraker isn't as bad as I thought'.

So, maybe we should accept the series for what it is, and appreciate that nothing stands still.

Bond changes, but stays exactly the same. It's the golden rule.
