@Last_Rat_Standing, judging from your username, you'll be just fine. Do be safe, though, and be sure to avoid any blonde weirdos flying in helicopters blasting jazzy music.

@Last_Rat_Standing I hope you are alright - same goes for all those facing the storm.

Here's hoping everyone gets through this safely. Could I ask, given that the area is renowned for such events are the buildings constructed in any special way to attempt to proof them against storms?

Did you know that @Benny is stinking rich?

    They call him Moneybenny.

☺️ I told you not to mention that. Even though it's not true.
I'll pay you not to discuss it again.

I just flicked Lethal Weapon on SKY Thriller channel and thought i was watching LTK,the music is the same ...then i suddenly realised Kamen scored them both.

But seriously, the 2 films scores are almost identical in places.

It's uncanny, some of the notes are exactly the same, how did nobody mention anything when LTK came out ,it was only 2 years later !

Parts of the TLD score can be found in a part of The Quiller Memorandum (1966) so the late great John Barry was not immune from this phenomenon either.

Not in your life. Kamen is way more talented. ;) Kamen's action scores sound similar but they are so fun to listen to.

I wish I knew the context of this, @barryt007. Is this some hooligan running around as a clown, getting a few week's jump-start on Halloween?

Clowns are quite possibly the creepiest beings that have ever existed. I can't fathom why they're a common symbol with children.

There was no internet forum to whine on.

And how about Danny Elfman? Batman and The Simpsons sounds exactly the same, too.

That's great to hear, @Last_Rat_Standing! We hadn't heard from you for a while, and I was thinking of you, but I'm glad the worries had no basis in truth.

Anyone else get writers block sometimes? I can't write down my thoughts at the moment and it's really annoying. Even ~O) hasn't helped. :-S
