Campari and Ale recipe (the "Crimson Gradient")
3 oz Campari® bitters
6 oz Krest® ginger ale
Add ice cubes to a 12 oz highball glass. Slowly add Campari bitters to one-quarter full. Add ginger ale to three-quarters full, pour on the side to not disturb the bottom. Described as "alluring tang and indescribable sweetness".
50ml buffalo trace straight Kentucky bourbon
50ml fresh lemon juice
25ml vanilla sugar syrup
fresh strawberries
ginger beer top
method:
muddle 3 strawberries in the base of a glass.
fill with crushed ice, add the lemon juice, vanilla syrup, strawberries and ginger beer.
Pour down the sink.
Drink the Buffalo Trace bourbon.
Americano.
- Campari
- Sweet Vermouth
- Soda water
Equal volumes Campari-Vermouth on ice, pour the soda on top.

Ingredients:
- 1 part sparkling wine or champagne
- 1 part stout beer
Prepare: half-fill a tall champagne flute with chilled sparkling wine, then float stout beer to fill it. Or reverse, I've seen.
