Any problems loading CR67 Collector's Edition blu-ray

I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems loading this disc in their blu-ray player. I've ordered two of them now. Amazon sent me a replacement, but neither will load. Same problem with both discs. What happens is that a disclaimer screen loads first, followed by the Fox Home Video motion-graphic bit, followed by a blue warning screen and that's it and then the screen goes black. The counter locks at zeros and none of the blu-ray remote controls will work, other than eject disc. This is the point where the movie menu should display.
At first glance I'm thinking, maybe my 16 month-old player is breaking down, but it still loads every other blu-ray I own, and has always played anything I rented, so why not this brand new, just released blu-ray? Very strange.

Probably not since in my experience there wouldn't even be a disclaimer screen.

Maybe the Blu-ray player needs a firmware update? Sometimes this can only cause a few discs not to work but you may just have one of those titles @timmer.

Let us know how it goes - keep us updated.

Thanks for the feedback. Could be in need of a firmware update, but its only 16 months old. Blu-ray players are a nuisance. Now I'm afraid to rent anything in case it won't load.
I think I'll haul it out to the manufacturer's depot along with the CR67 blu-ray and politely complain............. that it won't play the damn disc. Grrrr. :)
FYI, the offending machine isToshiba BDX2100KC Manufactured date: July 2010. Paid $149.99 at Best Buy Oct2010.
