Jack was a much better Joker than Heath, by ten fold!!
What I really like about it is that we finally appear to be getting a villain that is actually a physical match for Batman, as opposed to watching him fight his way through a faceless mob of henchmen that are employed by a villain that is no physical match for Batman, but rather serves only as a match for him on an intellectual level. While that's a type of villain that has its purpose and can be done extremely well, I did think it would have been rather tiring for the third film to feature another villain along those lines. Thankfully, it appears as though Batman will get a villain in Bane who will be all that he can handle in a fight, and we'll finally see all that physical training that he went through to become Batman actually paying off in the line of duty.
And if you knew anything about Batman lore, you'd know that Ledger was way closer to the source material than Nicholson was.
Ledger's performance was over-rated and if he didn't die before the film was released, the movie would had not received so much hype and his performance would not have received so much acclaim and he would not had received an Oscar nomination and an Oscar!

Yeah, I agree with you on this one! I absolutely despised Heath Ledger's performance, and found Jack Nicholson to be much better! However, the best Joker performance I've ever known was actually done by Mark Hamill. He played The Joker in Batman the Animated Series back in the 1990s, and I've got to say, he nailed it! He is The Joker to me, and Luke Skywalker as well. Hahaha. ;-)
And, please, can we finish spamming this thread with kindergarten fights? Thanks a lot.

I hope her costume won't look like this:

I admit I would have liked to see more of the film, seeing that it is perhaps my most anticipated release of next year (although that may change as more news on Prometheus leaks out) but what we DO see still whets my appetite. To me, it seems that Gordon is talking to Bruce Wayne as if he knows he's actually Batman, which is massive shift in their relationship.
A fantastic plot line for a Batman film/comic would be what if Batman's true identity really was revealed to the world. Would he continue his war on crime? What would become of Wayne Enterprises, or his colleagues such as Alfred and Lucius Fox?
wait a minute!
shouldn't be at work filming the Dark Knight Rises?
It's expensive to stop a movie production and filming in the middle of it!!
p.s. I think she has gained weight too

we're all passionate here and things do seem a bit cold in type...so chill and let's worry about stuff in the real world.
Also how do we know the photo is from the past week or so?
*Does anyone else have it show pornographic images when you click on the link?*
So in an attempt to go back on topic, let me ask this as I`m no huge fan of the series, have not followed much in this thread, but have seen all flicks: is this a remake? I've seen mention of catwoman, I suppose they're re-making graphic novel stories?
