You must be joking...
Exactly-- before she died, Bond was ready to quit and be with her forever. He even went so far as to quit MI6 via EMAIL! Burn! lol
But seriously, we couldn't have had a Bond movie end like that.
Read all the post. I wrote there previously, „no reboot“.
Only the simple change of actor and change of Bond character. Sample - AVTAK/TLD transition. Do you remember Tracy? Then Bond would had been maried.
Also regarding previous posts. I don't believe that Bond will ever get THAT campy again. We may have more lighter films but I don't believe we'll ever see a DAD or MR again to an extent.
The Lynd death in Royale was one of the best of the series and quite haunting too, although maybe I would of liked to have seen her in QOS too if possible
Also I would of wanted to see Barbara Carrera in an official Bond release, she seemed wasted in NSNA, and would of jumped at the chance of having her in AVTAK as Zorin's love interest instead of the awful Grace Jones but it's no good crying over spilt milk
About what? That Amy Winehouse, all crackwhore that she was, had a better voice than Madonna?
To me music is all about skills. Pop & dance music resides at the very bottom of the dump with country. ;)
I meant that DC007 must have been joking when he said he liked Madonna´s new song. Best to review the order of the above anwsers Luds old boy. You see, I never doubt your witt ;) That DAD thread a** wiping pun you made just a few minutes ago was priceless BTW. My feelings exactly, about DAD and about Madonna.
Ah! I thought you were calling yourself a Madonna fan or something ;)
I still stand by my statement. CR is all about Bond battling Le Chiffre against all odds, but overlooking his blind spot, Vesper. CR without Vesper dying is pointless.
Is it true that a duck's quack never echoes?

Also totally agree with Baltimore 007 regarding MR. I HATE that movie!!
You have horribly bad taste.
Dalton.....
and at what point at any time did I mention that I hated Moonraker, It may not be classic Bond or win any awards, granted, but it's a damn fine Bond outing and one of the best 007 releases of the time, at least in terms of entertainment
Yes, it is dumb, inplausible, childish, etc etc, great fun for eight year olds, but by the same token as said, lots of fun to be had and keeps you amused
I don't hate it, anything but -
2. Settling issues with Connery so that he could take part in the 50th anniversary of Dr No.
3. Not considering John Barry again
4. Ditching the terrible Jaws character
Just for good measure I would of liked to have seen James Carrey or Pamela Anderson involved in said action bits as characters if possible for some added Canadian flavor. It's not too late maybe
Moonraker is not to be taken seriously
I repeat, Take anything that occurs in this 1979 Moore nonsense with a pinch of salt
You'll be fine
There is no such thing as a suitable replacement for the GREAT Sir Roger Moore.
Anyone remember Ken Wahl? Fairly sure that one was also peddled by the odd rag at the time as next Bond after Roger. Seems like it didn't work out that way.
