Looks like Everton's James McCarthy has suffered a leg break trying to stop a Salomon Rondon strike. Did not look good.

Rondon looked emotional after the challenge.

    And now this:

They're 10th! 10th! Where on the table do they expect to be?! The Everton thing is a factor, of course – but still!

Been on a shit run granted but they're not in that much danger of going down.

    Laughably premature.

Former Málaga and Rubin Kazan manager Javi Gracia looks to be Silva's replacement, by some reports.

Someone's got to have some sort of betting scam going suggesting all these no hopers for a team that's surely got aspirations to win the CL.

Who's next in the frame? Bendtner? Heskey? Jeffers?

THE LORD IS NOT FOR SALE! :-D
He's doing really well at Rosenborg, and the club has denied any attempts of buying Bendtner. Seriously, though, by all these reports, Chelsea looks like being in for any target man possible.

I used to think Aubamayang was a class act but you have to question someone who would walk into most teams in the CL who's happy to sign for Arsenal.

Mikahtaryan at least looked seriously gutted at being loaded onto the sinking ship so that Sanchez could get off.

More bemusing is why teams like Liverpool and Spurs don't ring Aubamayang's agent up and say 'You know that deal your client is about to sign with Arsenal? Well we'll match it but he gets to play in the CL this year and probably next year with a team that's improving and a manager on the up and not 10 years past his sell by date.'

Eriksen absent from the Spurs squad so as he's the only player I've got of theirs I hope they get absolutely battered so all the people with Kane captain in the fantasy league get bugger all. With my captain Aguero hat trick points safely in the bag I'm in a good position at present but Kane going on another goal glut will ruin all that. Sadly I don't think Southampton have got enough about them to stop him.

If he's got anything about him the Southampton chairman is already sounding out Marco Silva.

There will be questions about why Aubamayang is going to Arsenal. Gazidis/Mislintat must have made quite an impression if he agrees a move.

Kane as PL captain here. Hurts every time, but it seems like the only way of keeping a somewhat decent score in FPL. Almost took a hit for Agüero instead, but City have a lot of matches in the coming weeks, don't they?

The way it's looking Kane nailed on for a hat trick. Camped in the Southampton box.

Southampton looks more agressive going forward than all the matches I've seen so far this season.

Oufh! That was close for Soton! Header just outside.

Surely Dembele has to be booked soon? Poor refereeing.

That's what worries me. You're not going to be able to go toe toe Southampton. Just park the bus now, nick a point, no more goals for Kane and everyone goes home happy.

With you there! Even though not in my FPL team, I'd happily take a late Gabbiadini goal, too.

Absolutely. Park the bus then sneak one on the break at the death as Spurs over commit.

Dembele finally get a yellow card.

    So close for Southampton's Obafemi!

    Defend, Southampton! Defend!

That's a draw! Thank you, Pellegrino!

Not surprised we lost to Sheffield Utd yesterday. That midweek cup game at Chelsea cost us yet again. OTBC!!!

They seem intent on buying up Leicester's 2015-16 squad, so what's stopping them doing a double swoop on Vardy and Okozaki? Saves them having an actual scouting set up.

Thinking about how things were going with the Sánchez situation anyway, this is actually a nice bit of work from Arsenal. Bring in Mkhitaryan's buddy at Dortmund now, please.

Agreed...and Evans as CB and we are rolling !

Sanchez has to run and use energy,no good over a 4.5 year contract at 29...Miki,can stroke the ball,he will last longer,career-wise.

I really hope so! The most important thing now, of course – how the hell can I make room for Mkhi in my Fantasy team?!!

Could make a straight swap for Arnie at West Ham, but those fixtures, though! Moyes must just see that relegation line going further and further away…

Good deal for both clubs, Wenger will suit Mkyt in the sense he will man manage him better than Jose.

If you had a league table of goals conceded per shots faced we'd be bottom by a country mile.

On average we face 4 shots a game and concede at least 3 of them.

I'm failed to be convinced there'd be any difference if Karius was replaced by a traffic cone (although to be fair that goal not his fault).
