How did Norwich play?
You'd like to think that we put a clause in that West Brom will pay his wages to the end of the season no matter what but knowing our clueless board he's probably on his way back to our treatment room as we speak.
What happened there, really? Couldn't see if he had an awkward touch with his foot running, or something.
Giroud also getting a few knocks in the first half. Neither looked good, but he looked OK going out of the field just before the whistle. That hasn't stopped him from giving an assist to Hazard, and having a good game, so far.

Have a Fantasy related questions for the Liverpool fans; is Robertson nailed on in the starting eleven? Seeing a lot of teams getting some nice defender points this week, but don't know if van Dijk is worth the extra money.
I hope for WBA's sake its not a bad injury,although I didn't watch the match so I don't know what injury it is.
Here's what Pardew said about the injury:
«We are hoping it is not that bad," Pardew told Sky Sports after the game. "It happened very early in the game, but we don't think it is a tear. It seems to be a strain, which will probably keep him out of the FA Cup game. Hopefully, fingers crossed, in a couple of weeks, he'll be OK.»
Probably just a minor thing, then. But, looking at the bigger picture, this is just one of many, many injuries for him. Wonder if it's just his body that can't seem to keep fit playing football, or if his injuries hasn't been managed properly at former clubs?
News today that Ryan Mason have retired after that horrible head injury playing for Hull City against Chelsea in 2017. Not the way you'd want to retire from football, but looks to have been a wise choice, given the nature of the injury. Watched a couple of Hull matches where he played. Good player.

Indeed. Thinking of it, it's really impressive that Petr Čech got back to playing football at the top level after his injury in 2006, too. Would think that more goalkeepers would consider using protective helmets. Really easy to get injuries the way they need to go into challenges.

Lacazette is out for about six weeks after knee surgery, according to reports. Aubameyang can't play for Arsenal in the EL; is Welbz back yet? Nketiah is the only other option in those games, if he's not.
Lacazette has been awful so the break might give him time to compose himself.Not sure about Danny but he has been on the bench I think recently.
Must be able to play Thursday, then.
Lacazette's form have been worrying. Wonder if the news of the injury might give some explanation, but if this is the case, he shouldn't had been playing in the first place.
Östersunds FK is a team Rosenborg can win against. Start Maitland-Niles/Kolašinac, Ospina/Macey, Chambers, Holding, Nelson and Willock with a few regulars, and give some players time off before the next few PL matches.
Well, yes – but Östersunds shouldn't be a more difficult opponent than the teams Arsenal have played so far in the EL. No need to risk injuries. Playing some of the best players along with the youngsters should do it.
Interstingly, Östersund is only a three hour drive from my hometown. Been there once, years ago.

Providing we get past Porto (which is no forgone conclusion) then it's the other English teams I fear most. 2nd leg away at city or spurs? No thanks.
Depends on whether Spurs will be bringing their referee with them.
Tottenham showed defensive weaknesses yesterday. They could easily have let in four or five against a team that has been far from convincing going forward this year. It was a good performance no doubt, but be carefull before you elevate them to City/PSG/Barca level. They are not there yet.
