Just finished watching Strømsgodet-Rosenborg. Rosenborg had a poor away match, but managed to steal three points after a keeper mistake let Mike Jensen's shot find it's way in the net.

Rosenborg hardly looking like the team you expect them to be. Not much going on forward, and some formation experiments leaves you wondering what they are trying to achieve. Next up is "little brother" Ranheim, who can't stop scoring. Bad game aside, Rosenborg are now up to second in the league, five points behind Brann.

It was the same story last year, with the team hitting top form in the autumn. Like they should! As a Barcelona fan I know all about being in top form at the wrong time of the season...

Besides you exaggerate a little. The goal was lucky, and the performance was underwhelming, but "stealing points" implies they were clearly inferior to the opponent (like Real Madrid were against Bayern the other day...). That was not the case yesterday.

Just tuned in to the second half of Inter-Juventus, and should probably have seen the whole match.

Juventus had a lead by 1 goal, with Inter down to 10 men. In the 52nd minute, Icardi scored the equalizer, before Barzagli scored an own goal in the 65th. All the way into the 87th minute, Cuadrado made it 2-2 from a very difficult angle (the ball probably hitting one of the Inter defenders on the way in). Just minutes later Higuaín's header from a Dybala free-kick sent Juventus in the lead, making it 2-3 in the end. In the goal celebrations, Massimiliano Allegri had also entered the pitch(!), before getting sent off. Scenes!

Edit: the Inter red card was a result of VAR, by the way.

I haven't watched the match yet. Was VAR correct ?

Didn't see the incident as it was in the first half, but it looks to be a correct one, according to what I've read after the match.

It was correct by VAR. Stomped on his leg.

VAR seems to work well in serie a and the bundesliga.

Lionel Messi's hat-trick in Barcelona's win at Deportivo on Sunday saw him overtake Mo Salah in the race for the European Golden Shoe.

Messi's 41st club hat-trick helped Barcelona confirm their La Liga title triumph with four games remaining, reaching 550 goals for Barcelona in 634 appearances.

    Amazing stats by the champ.

Exaggerated a little. That strike was the only thing between the two teams, and it should have been a 0-0 match, looking at the performances. Indeed, Rosenborg were poor at the same time last year, but they look to have taken a step even further in the wrong direction. They can't even get a decent cross in the box, or even complete passes!

This is quite worrying for Liverpool fans*:

    https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/liverpool-dismiss-zeljko-buvac-quit-14593526

Rumours that they've had a bust up. Would be a disaster at this time of the season if Jurgen's Cloughie lost his Peter Taylor.

*Obviously @001 this doesn't affect you as long as Salah outscores Messi.

Rumours are that Salah might face a ban for violent conduct in Stoke match.

Yeah. Actually think it looks more like a training shirt more than a home match shirt. Really like the 17/18 home kit, so I hope this is either fake or just some sort of regular t-shirt.

Mohamed Salah named Football Writers' Footballer of the Year

Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah has been named the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year for 2017/18.

The Egyptian becomes the first African to be given the accolade as he looks to win the Premier League Golden Boot in his first season at Anfield.

Salah is the sixth player in seven seasons to complete the awards double having also been named Player of the Year by the Professional Footballers' Association this month.

The 25-year-old, a £39.5m summer signing from Roma, is just the third Liverpool player to win the FWA award in the Premier League era after Steven Gerrard in 2009 and Luis Suarez in 2014.

    He's carried Liverpool this season.
Hopefully he can help us win the CL.

Gary Neville picks his team of the season on Monday Night Football

    skysports-mnf-gary-neville_4297536.jpg?20180430195033

Robertson has been another great signing for Liverpool this season as i told wiz in August 2017.
His reply was: his team got relegated. :)

I also told wiz at the same time, August 2017,how good Salah was and his response was that he was a chelsea reject. :)

    wiz you're a funny bugger :)

Luckily wiz wasn't doing the player recruiting for Liverpool.
He probably would have signed Pogba for over $100 million instead. :)

Liverpool are positive assistant manager Zeljko Buvac will return to his role alongside Jurgen Klopp at Anfield, Sky Sports News understands.

Buvac, nicknamed 'the brain', is spending some time away from the first-team environment between now and the end of the season for personal reasons.

It's probably BS, of course. But then again, this would be such an Arsenal thing to do… Wouldn't mind him as a coach, though. Also a thing to consider - this board have never made a manager appointment before!

He looked cheerful enough when I saw him during and at the end of the match with Stoke .

But I don't think he would leave the club now, even for personal reasons, with the CL semi so close and the EPL finishing,so I think it must be a very bad bust-up,too.

    1-1, Benzema…

1-1, half-time. Bayern again the better team, but Real got their goal…

Was that handball from Marcelo inside the box? Bayern should had a penalty, if so.

Mistake at the back for Bayern, 4-2. This game is done, then.
    Think I'll change to Scunthorpe - Plymouth…

4-3, James. Please turn this around, Bayern!

It is actually quite incredible that Bayern are still in with a good chance of turning this after gifting Real Madrid a goal in both games...

It really is. Bayern by far the better team, but have given away the crucial goals. Add to that the potential penalty Bayern should have had in the first half.

Not to mention all the missed sitters in the first game...
